Firemist stopped. She parted her jaw slightly, and twiched her grey nose. She dropped her lowered her deep ginger stomach to the ground.
Firemist leaped. She landed perfectly on the mouse, and killed it with one swift bite.

"Great catch, Firemist!" said Wildheart cheerfully. Last night's sleep was restless. She figured a little hunting would do her good. She looked around, searching for anything that looked tasty.
There! Wildheart sniffed out a plump mouse and lowered herself to the hunter's crouch. She moved swiftly but quietly across the ground and when she thought the time was right she gathered her muscels up in her hind legs and took a gigantic leap that brought her crashing down onto the rodent, killing it with a fierce bite to the neck.

Darkheart lapped up water from a puddle. She heard a tiny sqeal and looked up. Wildheart caught and killed a mouse. "Hello!" she called over. She padded over, seeing Firemist also. She dipped her head. "Hello Firemist." She looked back up. "Are you two hunting?" she asked kindly

"Yes! Would you care to join us? There can never be too much prey!" meowed Wildheart. Suddenly she felt her heart leap. She was nearing Shadowprint's territory. She smelled his sweet scent in the air...
OOC: nobody knows about her secret love with Shadowprint!!!! But if one of you guys want to be Wildheart's really good freind (since she doesn't have one yet) one cat can know about it and that can be one of you guys... if you want, i'm not forcing you or anything... but.... PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU!!! I'M SOOO BORED EVER SINCE LEOPARDSHADOW LEFT FOR SCOUT CAMP!!! UGGGHHH!! I'M LIKE TYPING IN RANDOM PLACES!!!!!

IC: Darkheart smiled. Her heart broke when she remember her dream of Birdkit again. Darkheart shuddered, then pricked her ears to listen to the prey. She heard a mouse, and started to stock it.

OOC: don't you mean stalk?
IC: Silentpaw sat quietly while Darkheart stalked her prey. He watched as the mouse stupidly nibbled on his nut while darkheart moved one paw in front of the other.
Wildheart heard her half brother's (Silentpaw) stomach growl as we caught more prey. She gave him a sympathetic look. "We must feed the elders first before we feed ourselves. Let us not brake the warrior code, shall we?" She looked away guiltily. By visiting Shadowprint she was breaking the warrior code too! She was such a hypocrite! ;D

OOC: Ahahahaha! Oops! Pretend it says that! lol!
IC: Darkheart hissed when her mouse started to run. She sprang, not close enough. Her claws just barly scratched the tail. She turned to glare at Wildheart. "Mouse-brain! Be more quiet!" she hissed at her. She pricked her ears, listening for more prey. Her fur was boiling mad, she went into the hunters crouch, stalking a squirrel. She took one look at Wildheart, using her tail to tell her to be quiet. She turned back to the squirrel, inching on her belly... getting closer... and closer... and closer... and closer... and sprang! The squirrel shreeked! Darkheart killed it with one blow, holding it up triumphantly.

Wildheart purred in thanks and spotted a mouse. "That one is for you," she whispered, staring Darkheart in the eyes. Did her tiredness show?

Sunpaw fought through undergrowth and shrubs, branches flinging back into her face. "Darkheart?" she yowled, calling after her mentor. Oh, it'll take hours to get these leaves out my fur. she thought to herself. She broke into a run as she caught her mentors scent, ignoring the branches, she picked up speed and flattened her ears. suddenly she burst throug a wall of foilage (sp?) and rolled forwards until she stopped sprawled out across the floor, a heap of fur, leaves and broken twigs. She opened her eyes and saw Firemist, Wildheart, Silentpaw and Darkheart.

"Sorry" Sunpaw mumbled. "I'm just so excited i'm an apprentice now!" she still couldn't completely believe it, normally she was very calm, but today she was bounding with excitement. "I just thought i'd come and see you!" she purred happily

Wildheart turned her head from the apprentice to Darkheart, "I'm alright darkheart." Whisking her head back to Sunpaw, she asked, "Have you seen Starpaw? She wasn't in the camp today..."

For a brief moment her expression was blank, she thought back but couldn't remember seeing Starpaw at all. She'd been so caught up in her new apprenticeship that she couldn't remember very much at all. She looked at wildheart and shrugged"No, sorry"

IC: Darkheart looked concerned at Wildheart, but said nothing. She looked back at her apprentice. "Sense your here, i'll teach you to hunt. But you noise might have scared the prey away..." she scolded softly

Darkheart smiled, "That's ko, i scared away my prey when my mentor went out hunting. He got so mad, that we still laugh about it." She smiled warmly to Sunpaw.
