Sunpaw looked up and smiled back at Darkheart before picking out a broken twig from her fur. "I'm so glad i'm finally an apprentice" she mewed, her tail lifting slightly as she spoke.

Darkheart helped get the twigs, mud, and leaves out of Sunpaw's fur. She tried not to laugh in the process either.

Wildheart looked down worriedley at her paws. If Starpaw went anywhere she should notify her first. She was also embarrassed. Did the other cats think of her as a careless mentor?

Sunpaw purred her thanks to Darkheart then saw the worried look on Wildhearts face. "I'm sure Starpaw's fine" she mewed reassuringly.

Darkheart didnt say anything. Then she remembered something. "Apprentices went missing." It was so out of the blue, but it was true. Some apprentices have gone missing.

Sunpaw mulled over what her mentor had said, she had a point but she didn't that this was anything serious, Starpaw had probably just gone hunting for a while. At least, she hoped so...

IC: Darkheart rolled her eyes. She knew something was up with the apprentices. She wondered if anyone would mention it at the clans gathering. She sighed then looked over at Sunpaw.

Starpaw raced into the clearing panting. "I'm sorry Wildheart! One of the elder's needed my help, so I had to stop and help them before I could come here... I'm sorry I'm late..." The white apprentice looked ashamed.

Sunpaw was surprised by this sudden offer, she wasn't quite sure what to say. "Umm..." She squinted one eyes as she thought hard, "How about... Uh... Hunting?" he ventured. She was glad that she was training and not doing chores.

"Really!" Sunpaw meowed excitedly, she hadn't learnt much hunting skills yet and this would be a great oppurtunity. He ginger tail swished excitedly and her whiskers twitched eagerly.
