Forestry - 1 Viewing This is a large part of EarthClan territory, where thick forestry grows. The earth is rich and the trees grow tall. There are lots of mice and other prey for cats to hunt. Black Swamp A small, but dangerous swamp where no prey lives. If a cat falls in, it's very hard to get out because it's like sinking sand, just more sticky. It is black, because it was originally rich black soil, but now it's a swamp. It's near the edge of EarthClan territory, but not as far as the Lake of Darkness. The Lake of Darkness - 1 Viewing The vast area of the Lake of Darkness is at the VERY edge of EarthClan territory. It's very close to the Black Swamp, and the lake itself looks blackened, so the cats cannot drink from there and there are no living creatures in it.
