Byakko looked toward the forests. A friend or foe lived inside. But things such as curiousity escaped her. Her eyelids felt heavy as stones, but her heart urged her to go on. In the long run, her feet won them both. She curled up and tucked her bushy tail around her nose, not caring if something found her.

"This way!" Sunset beckoned with her tail to Skywalker. They were going somewhere quiet, secluded, gentle, to talk. What better than the Sandy Lands? No cat ever came here, it was unlivable!

Bird felt detached from these other cats. They seemed to not want her. Bird sighed.

Skywalker looked up from his now finished prey, and saw that Sunset was waving to him. He remembered how she had wanted tom to take a stroll along her territory and talk, but the jet black tom was surprised she wanted to do so now. With a teasing sigh, he scooped the remains into a hole, and raced to Sunset's side. His fur puffed up a bit as a could wind crawled its way into his fur.
It took a bit before he noticed that they were slowly heading to the Sandy Lands, and that Bird was following. Skywalker chuckled when he spotted Sunset rolling her eyes, and called Bird closer with a flick of his ear. What ever Sunset had to say, the jet black tom was sure it wasn't too personal...right? Plus...what was that odd smell?

Pushing the odd smell to the side, the jet black tom gave Bird a sideways glance, before taking in a deep breath. He could almost feel the soft sand between his toes. "Ever played in sand before?" Skywalker asked shyly, worried that the silence was supposed to stay and not be broken.

Stream watched the three cats head off and sighed, the silver she-cat could tell that Sunset was in love with Skywalker and a faint smile twitched at her lips. It had been moons since she last felt that way. But she no longer cared for love, after her own heart break she didn't she could ever truely love again. She shook her head, at least they were happy, she just hoped that Sunset would never have to go through what she did. She looked across to the sleeping white ball beside which was Misty and let out a faint chuckle. The ex-kittypet always seemed so dependent on everyone else.

"No," Bird meowed not wanting them to know that she didn't know that this was sand until Skywalker said so. Bird looked at the sand. It felt cool, but not cold.

Playfully, Sunset hissed at Bird. "Tag-along!" she whispered in the she-cat's ear. Then she looked around and spotted Stream and Misty. Then she yowled louder, "Such tag-alongs!" and made a little tut-tut sound.

Byakko's sensitive ears picked up meows of cats. She pushed herself up and extended her legs to stretch. She had to remind herself how to speak cat before she took a step. 5 cats played in the sand. Just by sight she could tell they had different origins. She made herself known by meowing in her odd accent, "Could anyone tell me where I might find the "Moonstone"?"

Bird froze in her tracks. She head flipped around and she pulled her lip corners back in a snarl. "What is 'Moonstone'?" she asked Sunset ignoring the new cat.

IC: Skywalker looked up from his paws, in which he was watching himself squeeze the sand, ad turned to the new cat. This cat had a odd accent just like him. Could this cat be of his old tribe? No. This accent was different from his in a way. The jet black tom flashed a worried glance to Sunset an Bird. Skywalker too did not know about a 'Moonstone'. But if it was anything like the Echo Cave, it must be a way to contact the 'Starclan'. Wait....why would this cat want to see the Moonstone? If it was of a clan, shouldn't it know?

Bird looked back and snarled at new cat again. She flipped her head back to Sunset. Waiting for an answer Bird flexed her claws to be ready for a battle.

Bird didn't want to talk to this Byakko just yet. She glanced at Sunset and Skywalker waiting for them to speak first. Sunset seemed to be the open kind. Skywalker seemed very friendly. But that wasn't Bird. She never talked first to a strange cat, unless she was alone. She couldn't help but look with pure hostility at Byakko.

OOC: *bounces off of walls* SHOW ME THE WHOLE PICTURE!!! *sqees happily*
IC: Skywalker took a small step forward, before sweeping his tail before Bird. "Er.....I'm Skywalker. Are....are you lost?" the jet black tom remembered the time when he was a young kit, and still traveling. The cats he had spent most of his young life with didn't greet him nicely. One almost snapped his neck out of nowhere! Skywalker was just padding threw the undergrowth, a shadow moved, and the next thing he knew, a cat was ontop of him with its jaws clasped around his neck. How the tom got out of that was still fuzzy in his memory. The main thing was, he didn't want to greet Byakko like that. Why not figure out weather the poor cat was lost or not instead of going teeth and claw on her fur?

Sunset flicked Misty's ear. "The Moonstone is a mistic rock from which the Clan cats contact StarClan. The leaders earn their nine lives there." Then she turned to Byakko. "I know where it is. If you would like, I could take you their closer to Moonhigh." She whispered into Skywalker's ear, "You met me there," then she twined her tail with his.

Bird stilled felt threatened by this new cat Byakko. She felt certain, though, that Sunset, Skywalker, and her could rip this cats pelt off. If they wanted, too. "I'm Bird," Bird looked cruely at the cat. She rested her twitching tail on the ground, although she still twitched her ear, occansionally. This cat may or may not be trusted, but Bird wasn't going to let herself be made a fool of if this Byakko betrayed Sunset. Just as cold as usual padded forward to great Byakko. "Why do you want to go to the Moonstone" Bird felt the unfamilar word roll off her tounge so smoothly. She amazed herself at how far she had come, talking to new cats and living with them. She got over Sun quickly when she met Sunset. Sunset was just like Sun. Welcoming, loving, protective, and a great friend. There was no hinding the way Sunset and Skywalker felt about each other. Bird felt happy, for once, to see Sunset happy. She felt a warmth she had felt once before, when Sun took her in. She even felt more comfertable with this new cat then she let on to believe. Bird was in the best place she couldv'e wandered.
