Galaxyshadow managed to sneak off alone, and headed to his favorite spot by the lake. His heart was full, and he felt slightly giddy. He remembered the look on Dawnstar's face, when he'd told her, (well accidentally but did that really matter?) he loved her. His head rested on his paws, and he looked into the lake of stars, imagining Dawnstar's lovely face ,hearing her gentle yet firm voice in his head. He smiled, enjoying just thinking about her...

Dreampaw followed the cat. She knew that the warrior had a crush on her mentor. Dreampaw giggled. They'd be cute together, she thought.

Galaxyshadow almost jumped out of his fur as Dreampaw's giggle broke the silence, and his lovestruck thoughts. "D-Dreampaw, what are you doing here?" He meowed, looking goofy and blushing...

"I'm following you!" Dreampaw meowed cheerily. "Why don't you just tell Dawnstar you like her?" She was mainly thinking about how she and Flashpaw happened. Neither of them walked around for several moons in a love struck state, well after they both knew they loved each other...

"I already did..." he meowed wistfully. "Yeah, I said it in my sleep, but... she heard it... and it was obvious I meant it and that she heard." HE meowed, licking a paw to prevent himself from looking in Dreampaw's eyes. He'd blush again if he did- She wasn't going to let this go easily was she?

Dreampaw drew in a breath, as if she were about to answer. But instead her chest fell. In all honesty she'd followed Galaxyshadow, because she thought it would help her cope without Flashpaw. "I don't know," she meowed instead.

Galaxyshadow saw the look in her eye. "Don't tell me- you've got your eye on a particular tom, hmm?" He meowed, not knowing who the tom was though. He could tell she was head over heels in love, though. There was that look in her eye, that spring in her step... all the things he himself was feeling. "Hmm, look at us, two love struck cats who have no clue as to what to do without those we're smitten with huh?" he meowed, a teasing note in his voice..

If only he knew... "Yea, I guess," she meowed. It was true, she hardly knew what to do without Flashpaw, but that wasn't the only thing on her mind. He was from Earthclan, maybe her clan was allied with his clan, but still....

(He'd be shocked at first, and then tempted to tell, but his own love for Dawnstar would soften his usual strict- follow the rules and he wouldn't tell ^^ unless you want him to)

Galaxyshadow's eyes widened. "Um... you said Flashpaw? Um... Forestfur of Earthclan's son?" He stuttered, hoping he'd just heard wrong. This wasn't supposed to happen- she couldn't just fall in love with a cat from another clan- that was against the warrior code! He stared in shock at Dreampaw, unable to do anything but gape for a few minutes..
(XD don't worry, he won't tell but I'm making it dramatic lol )

(maybe he could follow her when she goes to meet Flashpaw and he starts to go back to tell, but then changes his mind?)

(okedoke! ^^ well, Galaxyshadow's gonna stalk away now, and then he'll be keeping an eye on her over the next day... and then.. the STALK)
Galaxyshadow just shook his head, to angry and shocked for words. Dreampaw, meeting and loving an Earthclan cat?? His lips tightened, and he stalked angrily away, leaving the sobbing she cat behind...
