Forestfur flicked Kita's ear. She was getting a little chatty... for a guest. Raising his eyebrows at her, he took on his most serious face.

Having sat back and listened thoughtful to the news, Flypaw the clans medicine cat apprentice felt sick. A dead apprentice. A war approaching. What was happening with the clans, what was tearing them all apart.
She held back tears at the thought of her clan mates being hurt, of one that might not come back from delivering the message. How could Starclan allow this? Her curled her tail around her small frame, her eyes closed in thought. It seemed as if there was no way out of this mess. And maybe that was true, but there was a way to save a member of her clan.
Snapping her head up she jumped to her paws, timidly approaching the group of cats and her leader.
"Treestar... I could go, I'm a medicine cat apprentice.... They would not harm me, I would be safe..." she meowed recently. At least she thought she was sure, her tail twitched nervously.
Another cat approached, dark russet colored, her eyes following the medicine cat apprentice with hate before it quickly turned to gentle care. Redwater.
The she-cat approached, her tail flickering over her clan mates flanks as if to comfort them. But they did not touch the rogue, the clan cat paused to glare at the rogue before moving forward again. Who had ever thought of letting a rogue into camp before, Treestar was a fool to let them stay.
Turning her back pointedly on the rogue she turned to her leader, her eyes thoughtful. "Flypaw has a point Treestar, the other clans would not go so far as to kill or harm a medicine cat apprentice," she meowed.
Her eyes flickered to the apprentice and she let false worry show in her eyes.

Kita continued to grin goofyly(o.O). "Come now, loyal warrior. Do you honestly think the evil that has slain your clanmate would falter if a Medicine Cat Apprentice appeared? Thats just preposterous." She giggled. Then, she leaped up on the High Stump, muttering an apology to Treestar, "Excuse the intrusion Treestar my dear, but this is a special case." She winked a copper eye.
"Cats of EarthClan! I address you as not only a rogue, but a cat who shares your pain! My family and friends as well, have been ripped away by the cruelty of FireClan! Allow me to carry your warnings. I promise to do what tis' best in the interest of EarthClan!" She might have been called Silvertongue in another carnation. There was a reason why her group had made it into the Tribe, and she was standing on a stump right now. Her seductive words caught many a tom for the Tribe, but never had she felt such a strong tie to her usually empty words.

OOC: Well, what do you guys think? My plan was that the message wouldn't get through. But that means the messenger would either have to die, or get badly injured. Who is willing to get their cat hurt?  lol goofyly xD |

OOC: Well rewater wouldn't really mind, she feels no real loyalty to anyone. She might even tell fireclan she'd be an inside spy for them, lol.
IC: The russet she-cat sneered at the rogue but made no attempt to protest, the rogue was right. The other clan might just as well kill the medicine cat apprentice. Not that she would mind, her eyes flickered to the small apprentice who winced under the rogues words. A weak fool, what did it matter it she died. She nodded tightly in the rogues direction, she would give the crow food eating cat some credit for that one.
Twitching her ears dismissively she turned to Treestar, "let me go, weather I die or not, if it is for my clan I will do anything!" she meowed passionately. Die for these fools, never. But that didn't mean she couldn't gain some kind of power from this little trip.
"But Redwater, you-"
She hissed impatiently at the small cat, "I am doing this for the clan! This could be our only way to sort out this mess, we have to try!"
Flypaw shrunk away from the warrior, her ears pinned back on her head.

Lifting his head from thought, the Earthclan leader gazed blankly to the warrior den. "I will send Mintdapple. The warrior is fast. Trustworthy." Even with a daughter as a rogue, he couldn't fully trust the ones he had let stay. In fact, Treestar was pondering in the back of his mind how long he would let them stay. |

Windgale said nothing, only silently gazed at her leader. He was wrestling with something, and she didn't like the mistrust she could see glimmering in his eyes. She turned away. "Starclan speed you Mintdapple." She meowed. With that, the fluffy grey warrior turned on her heels and padded coldly away.

Dawnstar took a deep breath as she neared the EarthClan camp. She had come alone, to show peace. She needed to tell SkyClan's allies that she was now leader, and that she would uphold the alliance. Stepping into the camp, she turned to the closest cat, Forestfur. "Can you tell Treestar that I am here and come in peace?"
Forestfur glanced at the SkyClan cat and nodded. "Sure Dawnstreak," he said, knowing well enough that SkyClan was their allies.
OOC: O.o, bad Forestfur, soon you will be embarrased...

"Go to Fireclan. If my guess is correct, they are our largest threat of attack. Tell him...that this fighting is not needed." Treestar purred to Mintdapple, glancing over his shoulder at the sudden sound of Dawnstreak. Padding to his son's shoulder, the Earthclan leader tipped his head to one side. Gazing at the she-cat with interest. Her posture was different now. "Forestfur, I do believe she is Dawnstar now." the tom pointed out with a friendly mew.
