Berrydapple looked up at the sky. several clouds drifted lazily across the wide expanse of blue. as she watched, a few darker clouds came closer. 'looks like a rainstorm' she thought, feeling that it would fit the way she was feeling. ' why doesnt anyone in this clan ever notice me? i bet that that cat Wildheart doesnt even know i exist' she had noticed the tabby was popular among cats in fireclan, and for some strange reason, a few in earthclan. Berrydapple bent her head down and took another bite from the shrew she was eating. ' i wonder if anyone will talk to me today.' she wondered sourly. 'probly not, they just never seem to notice me.' she lashed her golden tail across the ground. Berrydapple looked up to the sky again, and saw that the gray clouds were overhead now. she quickly finished her shrew, feeling small drops of water on her fur. she moved over to the entrance of the warriors den and watched as the rain came down harder.
OOC: any cat can join! i needed a place to post for berrydapple. =^..^=

"Hi berrydapple!" mewed Silentpaw shyly to the warrior, "What are you up to?" He hoped he wasn't bothering the older cat, he hates when he does that. He was just another annoying apprentice that nobody bothers to talk to.

Starpaw noticed Berrydapple and Silentpaw talking. She padded over to them, liking the feel of rain on her white pelt. "Hi Silentpaw, Berrydapple. Isn't this great weather?" She meowed, closing her eyes happily..

Starpaw's eyes sparkled and she grinned. "Yeah? Well you're gonna be a soggy and MUDDY furball! MUD WRESTLE!!!" She yowled, using some recently learned moves from Wildheart to wrestle Silentpaw into the mud...

Silentpaw yowled in laughter and tumbled with her, the mud not making his fur any darker against his black pelt. "No way!" he laughed and pushed his paws against her chest, making her move until he was on top of him and pinned her down into the mud. "I win that round!" he meowed in glee and started to walk a few mousetails away, but sipped and fell on his rear, his tail resting on the top of his head. Blushing, he quickly shuffled to his feet but fell again, face first. "Oh man," he hissed, spitting out the bitter tasting mud that accidentally slipped into his mouth, "That was embarrassing!"

Silentpaw blinked in embarrassment butted his half sister's apprentice on the shoulder. As soon as him a starpaw entered the apprentice den he shook off all the rain from his pelt, drying himself off.

Starpaw squeaked as the water from Silentpaw's pelt was thown at her from the force of his shaking. "Heey! Aren't I wet enough?" She purred goodnaturedly, her paws brown instead of their normal pristine white. "Whew, that was a lot of rain! Hey Silentpaw, who is your mentor? Oh, I asked that cuz I was just thinking about my training session with Wildheart today. It was a lot of fun!"
(really? I didn't know Silentpaw is Wildheart's half brother! that's really interesting )

IC: Silentpaw smiled, his strange green eyes glittering. "My mentor is Bristlefur. What did you learn today that was so fun?" Maybe we could train together sometime, he thought, Wildheart could give Bristlefur some ideas to quicken up my training. He was getting impatient truthfully.

Sunpaw watched as the soggy, mud covered Starpaw and Silentpaw entered the den, dripping water everywhere. She watched them a moment longer and purred, she was beginning to get bored and lonely. She rose to her feet and padded over keeping a mud-safe distance, keen not to ruin her long creamy pelt. "Hey" she mewed, butting rudely into their conversation, twitching her whiskers in greeting. She sat down and looked at each of them in turn. "You're filthy!"

Sunpaw gasped. "You wouldn't" she mewed lifting up her nose slightly, looking like a very spoilt little kit, she'd spent all day grooming her beautiful long pelt and wasn't about to ruin, in her opinion, a good day's work. She looked at the two out the corner of her eye "If you push me then... I'll... I'll.." her voice was slowly getting higher. At a loss for word she just huffed slightly and said indignantly "Just keep your grubby paws away from me!"

Silentpaw laughed, shaking off more mud. He was amazed to see that none had hit Sunpaw's pretty pelt. "They're not that grubby!" He took another look down at his paws just to check. But he just grinned again once he noticed that they were and took no offence.

Sunpaw flinched as Silentpaw flickes more mud narrowling missing her coat. She sighed with relief and relaxed a little. She allowed herself to step closer and said, "Ok then, just be careful" she looked past them and peered outside. "Oh My! Its pouring down! You guys must be freezing!" she exclained stepping away from the entrance and the lashing rain.
