OOC: lol yet another apprentice, nice. =P thing is, i've dont this ceremony like 2 times in the past week LOL
IC: "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here around the Flat Rock!" Burningstar called out the usual from atop the rock, then jumped down as cats began to assemble. It was sunhigh, and most cats were in camp, either eating or sharing tongues. Perfect time to have an apprentice ceremony.
"Today we gather to name a new apprentice. Even though she wasn't clan-born, she made the decision to join Fireclan and serve as a warrior. Now, I call her up to recieve her apprentice name." the dark ginger leader paused for a second, seaking out the small silver she-cat from the crowds; Meadow. "Meadow, come up here."

Meadow padded up to the leader. She was quivering from whiskers to tail-tip with excitement and happyness at becoming an apprentice. She stopped when she was before the leader of the clan.

OOC: it'll be great if we could have ur mentor, Redwing (glyph) here too. =O
IC: Burninstar smiled as Meadow made her way up to him. He could see her excitement from the way she quivered with joy. He loved naming new apprentices and warriors; that meant the clan was growing larger and stronger.
"Meadow, it is an honour that you have left your old life and came to join FireClan. You will now become part of the clan, and you will be given a new name under StarClan. Until you have earned your warrior name, you will be known as Silverpaw."
Although not every cat, especially not the elders, congradulated her, there were plenty of voices calling out her new name.
Burningstar paused for moment for the cats to quiet down, then named the warrior to take on Silverpaw's mentoring. "Redwing, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You will be mentor to Silverpaw. You have shown yourself to be a warrior of bravery and loyalty. Do your best to pass on these qualities to Silverpaw."

Darksky called out Silverpaw's name like the others, but turned quickly and went back to care for Littleflower.

IC: "I will." Redwing nodded, biting back a purr of pleasure.
Finally, he had an apprentice! The ginger and white tom had been waiting for this day for so long that it almost came as a surprise. Padding closer to the newly-named Silverpaw, he tried to look as kind as he could when he bent to touch noses with her.
