Branchpaw sat lazily licking his tabby coat and cleaning his ears. He stretched out across the floor of the apprentices den with a wide yawn before moving into a standing position. He began to pace around in small circles thinking of something to do, not yet ready to go outside. After a while he gave up and flopped back down onto the floor. Flicking moss across the den with his paw.

OOC: HEllo. I have a shy apprentice too.  ICC: The sun's rays had leaked itself in the apprentice den from the small gaps made of the brambles. Acornpaw woke up from the sound of rustling moss and opened her eyes. She blinked from the light rays that shone in her eyes. Grumbling inside, she rose her head to see where the noise was coming from. She was having a bad day already. She hadn't slept in well last night and had hoped to get in a few more hours of sleep. Yet it seemed impossible at this moment. There, she saw, was Branchpaw playing with his moss bedding. She didn't want to talk to him to stop fiddling around. Instead, she stared at him, hoping he would stop himself. |

Branchpaw felt eyes on him and slwly stopped. He turned his head and saw Acornpaw staring at him. he nearly jumped out of his skin. "Oh!... I'm sorry, i thought i was the only cat in here and everybody else was outside" he didn't mean to wake her up, he never even realised she was there until now. He flicked his ear in apology and decided to leave his moss bedding and sort it out later.

Acornpaw looked startled at Branchpaw as he met his gaze. Quickly, she averted her eyes, keeping them from facing him. She turned back to him as he responded to her and gave him a narrow look. But then dropped it. It didn't surprise her that her denmates seeked nothing from her. She was like the drift of air, invisible and unoticable. Instead of replying to him, she dropped her head and rested it on her paws. She closed her eyes, enjoying every moment of the quietness in the den.
OOC: Distroy it. MUAHHAHAHAHA.

Branchpaw wasn't quite sure what to do now, Acornpaw looked as though she was going back to sleep. He didn't really want to be left on his own again so he tiptoed over to her slowly and prodded her in the shoulder with his paw. He blinked and waited a while before chrouching down a bit to talk to her. "Are you okay? You seem sleepy" he mewed. "Hello?... Hello? Anybody there?" He shook her lightly with his paw to wake her up "You cant be asleep already!"

Lilypaw trodded into camp slowly. She had already been on 2 patrols, and it wasn't even noon! Her paws carried her to the apprentice's den, where she saw Branchpaw shaking Acornpaw from sleep. Her instincts told her to ignore them and go to sleep, but her tongue decided to rebel. "Geez, what's wrong with you? She's catching some mice or something, leave her alone. If you're bored then go fight the Tribe or something, let people sleep." she snapped as her paws took her to her nest where she flopped down, ending her sentence.

Branchpaw stopped shaking Acornpaw and turned to look at Lilypaw, embarresed. His mouth opened to make a retortion but nothing came. After stuttering for a while he let his tail drop and sighed. He was just so bored and wanted something to do! He padded away from Acornpaw, sitting down beside his moss bedding, now a big mess splayed out across the floor.

A small cat stood alone in the corner of Earthclan camp, the she-cats gray pelt and darker stripes seemed to blend in with the shadows that covered the corner. Her white under belly seemed to be the only thing seen. Her dark gray gaze absorbing the cats of the clan, she smiled briefly. She had taken the path of a medicine cat, it was something she had always wanted. Well not always. There had been a time when she had wanted to be the best warrior of all, but she had lacked the strength and the ability to learn the techniques. She had lost her first dream, but all was not lost. She had then realized maybe it was the path of a healer that would be right for her. It felt right, to help others and to heal them. She felt all the more closer to her warrior ancestors who watched them from above. This was the path they had chosen for her, and she had accepted it.
Coming back to reality she searched threw the clan cats, hoping to see a friendly face.

She felt that her wish was finally coming true. All is at peace. Just as she was about to fall into a deep deep sleep, something nudge her on the shoulders. When Branchpaw was questioning her, she ignored him, hoping that it was a way for him to go away again. Fortunately, Lilypaw came just in time to stop him. She sided with her. Didn't he know it was rude? But she knew she was rude herself. Branchpaw just wanted an companion. Someone to play with. But she just wasn't on the mood. Contemplating whether to talk to him for forgiveness, she opened her eyes slowly, wondering what to do next.
