Audrey nodded and chucked the other bag into the back of the jeep?(i guess the car is a jeep?) Audrey ran and closed the door. She turned it on and floored the car, racing back to the lab. "Should we bran the other two cats... Anne?" she asked evily. "This time, none will get away!" she said under her breathe to her accomplice

"How else would we keep track of these rats? Of course!" She glared at Audrey. "Can't go go any faster?" she complained, as the car screeched around a turn.

(*gulp* These people are meeean...)

OOC: I know! Are the other two going to be branned?!?!

IC: Audrey glared at the rode. "I'm going as fast as this pile of junk will go! Stop breathing down my neck! We can do things to the cats to vetalate out anger. Sound good to you?" she added with an evil smile. "Those fools will wish they yever mocked us before!" she laughed an eerie and evil laugh. She waited for Anne to reply. She made another sharp turn, almost tipping the car over, and continued on.

(hmmm... you can decide. Would you rather they forget to brand them because they are in a hurry to do the tests, or they do get branded? Your choice! =D)

The lab, on top of a mountain, rose quickly into sight. Anne cackled.
"Good. And yes... what should we do with them this time? And, let our records show that we have recovered experiments number 59088 and 59089!"

OOC: No, they should forget, unless you want Wolfpaw to be branned. But i dont want Nightpaw to....... you can choose for Wolfpaw.

IC: Audrey nodded then said, "Yes, we will give them bigger and badder tests! What do you think.... Anne?" she added in a wicked voice

( I didn't want Wolfpaw to get branded either, so we'll make them forget! Whew!! But, should these cats gain new abilities or something as a result of the tests, but they don't disocer it until later? Or do they not gain any abilities? Just curious about the nature of the tests that are done...)

Anne nodded. "Here we are! Finally, I thought we'd never get here! I'll get the cats, Audrey. You go on and get the lab set up.." She grabbed the cats..

(and now, is when our cats wake up, right?)

OOC: Sure why not on the tests! Yea, they can wake up now.

IC: Audrey nodded, then went inside to get the lab ready.

Fuzepaw opened his eyes slowly and saw....... nothing. "Why does it smell like wet cat in here?" he mumbled, a little annoyed. He parted his jaws and smelt Wolfpaw next to him. He prodded her side until she woke up. "What do you see?" He said in front of her face, not really knowing if she saw or not.

Toxicpaw lifted her head and yawned. A warm body was pressed up against her. She looked over to see a black tom. "Nightpaw!?" she licked him sweetly. She looked around. "Where are...." he trailed off. I remember that smell. It smells like........ "CHEMICALS!" she yowled, shaking the bag around.

Nightpaw woke up to Toxicpaws screeches. "Whats the matter?" he said tiredly. She looked hestaric, and noticed the twoleg scent. "Oh no!" he relized and yowled with her.

(okedoke! btw, Wolfpaw doesn't know she loves Fuzepaw yet. She still thinks their just really good friends, but as time goes by- after they've escaped or something, she realizes she loves him...)

Wolfpaw moaned and coughed, spitting out the last of the water from her lungs. She felt as if she had swallowed the entire lake. She felt a cat prod her gently and she looked over. Fuzepaw! She sighed with relief. She mouth moved and she read it.
She looked around a feeling of apprehension filling the pit of her stomach.
"We-We're surrounded by some kind of shiny bars... and there is this yukky smell, that burns my nose. We're in a room filled with odd things, tubes, long sharp things..." She shuddered and squeezed closer to Fuzepaw. "Where are we?" She asked, feeling Toxicpaw stir and the ripple of fear that ran through the she -cat's body.

Anne entered the room and saw the cats stir. She smiled evilly and grabbed the metallic object with interchangeable numbers used for branding. She set it into the fire and waited expectantly while it heated up. Finally she took it out, satisfied that it would do the job. She reached in and grabbed Wolfpaw, who yowled loudly and spat into her face.
"You vile little creature! I'll wring your neck!" Just as Anne was about to brand Wolfpaw, the telephone rang. With an exasperated sigh, Anne put down the iron and shoved Wolfpaw back into the cage. She answered the phone and and listened for a moment
"uh huh, yes, whatever, alright be there just a moment!" She snarled and rushed out of the room...

(Whew! Close call for Wolfpaw and Nightpaw! She doesn't remember after this and just does the experiments! )

OOC: Seriously! Whew that was really close!

IC: Fuzepaw didnt answer. He remembered the smell all to wellly. "Toxicpaw...." he whispered

Toxicpaw heard Fuzepaw say her name, "I know Fuzepaw... I know. This is the lab where we were born. This is the place to tortured us." She watched Fuzepaw shudder. Nightpaw looked around and she pressed closer to him. "I'm scared Nightpaw." Nightpaw licked her between the eyes. She pushed closer to him.

Nightpaw continued to look around silently. This is where's she's from? "I'm so sorry we're back here Toxicpaw." he whispered into her ear. He pressed closer. "I want you to know that i love you and always will." He licked her softly, giving her some comfort.

Wolfpaw shuddered. She had seen Toxicpaw when she said this was where she and Fuzepaw were born and where they were tortured.
"F-Fuzepaw.." she began, trembling. "Wha-what are they going to do to us? If only I hadn't gotten us all into the river!" She cried in anguish. "This is all my fault!"

Anne slammed the door. "Stupid buerocrats and thier meddling nonsense! Audrey! Where are you! We need to get going on the tests already!" She growled and forced herself to take deep breaths. Doing the experiments would help soothe her, yes... She started setting up the odd instruments she knew they would need and fiddled with some dials. "Audrey!!! Are you coming?!" she screeched...

Audrey walked in as her acompish called her name. "What!" she screamed back. "You said get the other animals, so I got them!" she grumbled under her breath.

Fuzepaw pressed closer. "It wasnt your fault. Dont blame youself...." then he added, "Trust me, you dont want to know." He licked her comfortingly. We will get throught this, we will get through this, we... wont get through this he finally thought.

Toxicpaw listened to the twolegs very closely. "Other animals?" she said What are they...... oh no! Those animals! she thought horrified. *Animals scared in other cages* Toxicpaw yowled at the twolegs, calling them filthy names.

Nightpaw watched Toxicpaw yowl at the twolegs. Nightpaw joined in, yowling even louder. He watched the animals in the other cages do the same. Fuzepaw joined in to. I hope they die he thought bitterly

Anne forced herself to apologize. She knew there couldn't be any bad relationships between them if they were to be sucessful. "Oh good," She purred, "When you've finished with that, grab the cats and put them in those glass cages in the lab area. One per cage remember!!" She continued setting up strangel objects, many of them with blinking lights and measurements as well as lethal and foul looking concoctions...

Wolfpaw regained some of her courage. She snarled, her ears flattening against her head. Her purple eyes blazed with fury as a hand reached in, trying to grab one of them. Unsheathing her claws, Wolfpaw lashed out at the hand...

Audrey screamed and smacked the cat across the head, stunning the cat. She picked her up, and shook her.... HARD! He chucked her into one of the cages, smacking her head against the glass. "Oops! I forgot not to throw you hard!" She laughed mockingly at the cat. She then glared at Anne and said, "I get two, and you get two! It's fair enought." She walked over to grab Fuzepaw nexted.

"Wolfpaw? Wolfpaw!?" he called. He watched blood trickle out of her ears. "No!" he hollered than sprang at Audrey. He clawed and clawed. "How dare you! You stupid..." he yowled in pain. Something shocked him, stunning him. He than hit the glass, bashing his head too. He lifted his head, but then it fell again. *Anne was the one who shocked him... if you want* *Both the twolegs laughed*

Toxicpaw yelled Fuzepaw's name. Toxicpaws eyes started to water. "Why?!" She pushed her head closer into Nightpaw's pelt.

Nightpaw pressed closer to Toxicpaw. "I wont let them take you... i promise." He hissed at the hand coming closer to them.

Anne grabbed Fuzepaw and zapped him before he could claw her, and threw him against the cage walls, locking him inside. "That's the way you have to do it Audrey!" She growled. "I'll take these two," she pointed to two cats lying still in the glass cages. "We'll use Serum 34 and then..." She grabbed Toxicpaw, "radiation? Anything you want to use? After all, creating super animals that do our will is gonna take a lot of work!"

Wolfpaw moaned, her head feeling as if it would explode. Blood leaked out of her ears and she tried to sit up, but the pain made her collapse. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see Fuzepaw try to look up, but his head fell back to his paws. Wolfpaw weakly hissed at the two leg as they tried to stuff Toxicpaw and Nightpaw into the other two cages..

Audrey smiled, "I think radiation is funner than Serium 34! Just wait until we are greater than anyone else in the whole world!" She laughed mockingly.

I cant lift my head again. His sightless gaze turned to where he hoped Wolfpaw was. "I... I'm sorry I got you in this mess." He looked down, shame filling his pelt. He didnt want Wolfpaw to see him like this... but what else could he do? He wasnt strong like his sister Toxicpaw. They all had specialties, but his wasnt strength. What will they do to us know he though horrified!

"Nightpaw!" she cried. She could see who grabbed her. She hissed and scratched at the twoleg's hand. The twoleg dropped her. The wind was nocked out of her, but she got up quickly. *Hiss* She ran under the both the twolegs' legs. She almost reached the door... then something peirced her skin. She looked over to see a dart sticking out of her back. She whobbled then fell over.(Audrey shot her with a sleeping dart...) She heard Nightpaw call her name, but fell unconsious. "Nightpaw...." she whispered before the darkness took her.

Nightpaw watched Toxicpaw fall on her side. "Toxicpaw!" he yelled. He glared at the hand that was reaching in. *Hiss* and sprang at the twoleg's face. What he didnt expect was to feel a pulse go through him. No, not a pulse he thought, an electric shock. He hissed again, but was throw into a glass container. "Toxicpaw!" he hissed, tears filling his eyes. He watched one of the twolegs pick her up again. He listened to what she said. "We should do the tests on her first. She's been a notty kitty!" Audrey said to Anne. "NO!" Nightpaw yelled

"Not your fault Fuzepaw.." Wolfpaw whispered, still laying still. Her body hurt too much to move. She put a paw on the glass, as if trying to reach Fuzepaw. "I..." Wolfpaw didn't have a chance to finish her sentence, because a jolt of electricity zapped her through the cage. A second later, one of the two legs pricked her with a long needle. She could see it happening to the other cats and she tried to hiss at her captor, but was unable..

Anne injected Wolfpaw and Fuzepaw and watched while Audrey did the same. "Now that they've been given the drug we can commence. First, Audrey, we should do the two unmarked cats, since they haven't been exposed yet, unlike these two runaways!" She snarled. "Input Gamma radiation and radioactive Chromium. The drug we just gave thme should make the radation effective. Then, we shall begin with this lucky cat!" she pointed her pencil to Toxicpaw.

"Good! Thnx for letting us do the radioactive first!" Audrey laughed a mocking laugh. She glared at Toxicpaw. "You will go down first!" she whispered to her.

Fuzepaw glared at the needle. His lids drooped, and knew this was only to calm them down. He glared at the twolegs. "Toxicpaw...." he slurd. I have to help her! I have to help them all! he thought bitterly.

Toxicpaw glared at the needle, just like the rest of them. She hissed at the twoleg talking to her. "I hope you die!" she hissed. There was no way out of this nightmare! We have to break out! she thought bitterly. *Hiss* She wouldnt go without a fight! Even if she was drugged she added madly

Nightpaw watched the twolegs closely. He wanted to see what they would do. He would learn every little thing about them.... even if it killed them. He pricked his ears, listening what they whispered to each other. "Do you think that black one and our spotted one like each other? And the silver/grey like our other cat of ours? What do you think Anne? It would be funner because then we could torment them in front of each other!" she added happily. Nightpaw glared and spat at the class. These humans make me sick! and glared at them.

"Heeey, I think you're right Audrey! Okay!" She grabbed a clipboard and poised her pencil over the tablet. "Begin radation!" She watched with satisfaction as Audrey pushed the lever , releasing the dangerous cloud on the first cat. (Toxicpaw) She recorded the results, watching evilly. "Okay, add radiation to one of the other cat's cages!" She shouted over to Audrey, still scribbling down on her clipboard.

Wolfpaw yelped softly as she saw her friend enveloped in the radiation. She felt so helpless, something she hated. She had to protect them! But first...she put her paw up on the glass, facing Fuzepaw. "I..I love you." She purred hoarsely. Anger welled in her as she saw what they had done to Fuzepaw and she forced herself to get up. With unbridled fury, she clawed and bit at the cage walls. Not being very sucessful with that, she threw herself at the glass walls, trying to break them....

OOC: Evil twolegs! shouts BlackFoxx

Fuzepaw heard a banging noise and turned his head to the sound. He couldnt see or smell anything. He could only hear. It sounded like it was coming from Wolfpaw. "Wolfpaw? Wolfpaw! I luv you too! Dont do that! Youll hurt yourself!" he yowled at her. He knew she probably wasnt paying any attention. Why Wolfpaw? Why? he thought bitterly. He got up, staggered, then slammed agains the glass also.

Toxicpaw held her breath, hoping it was a gas. She was wrong. "Radiation!" she choked out. Her muscles started to spaz out! No she thought angrily. She looked over at Nightpaw. The same was happening to him, but his body wasnt use to it like hers! "No! Nightpaw! No!" she called at him. She got up, body acking and tried to run over. She hit the glass... HARD! *Hiss* She stubbled then fell on her side.

Nightpaw watched his muscles freak out. His body jerked, not knowing what this stuff was. He looked over at Toxicpaw. It wasnt hurting her as much as it was hurting him. He watched her get up and run into the glass. She fell on her side. "Toxicpaw!" he yowled. He tried to get up, but the radiation made his muscles jerk again. He fell, hurting his front paw badly. Nightpaw yowled in pain.

Wolfpaw sank to the glass floor, the pain increasing as the minutes passed. She wasn't sure how much longer she'd last, but she fought as hard as she could. Darkness flooded the edges of her conciousness..

Anne rapidly took notes. "Well, Audrey, long enough? Or shall we do it longer? Hmmm... When we've finished with that..." She went back to scribbling..
