She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him/her to you as a warrior in his/her return."
Wolfstar turned to Moonpaw.
"Moonpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Snowstep watched from the crowd of cats, with pride in her eyes as she watched Moonpaw's confidence. she was really thankful that Wolfstar is accepting her, though she'll have to get Moonpaw into shape before she's totally done.
I wonder what Moonpaw's name is going to be?

"Moonpelt! Moonpelt!" several warriors and her friends called, including Snowstep. her first apprentice was finally a warrior. she purred proudly and gave Moonpelt and lick on the head. "congrads!"

Snowstep purred. "thanks. well i had to do good, right, since u're my first apprentice?" she laughed as other cats started going back to their duties.
"remember, you have to sit vigil tonight, and not talk until morning. good thing it's not leaf bare or you're in trouble!" her whiskers twitched in amusement.

Rosefeather yawned again, then padded over to the newly named warrior. "Congrats, and remember to stay awake. I'll tell you when you can talk in the morning." She yawned again and walked over to the warriors den.

Snowstep watched as the sun went down and the stars of silverpelt shone overhead. "time for you to sit vigil now. remember, no talking." she nodded and turned to the warriors den as well. "rosefeather should be up early enough to call u; she's usually up to organize patrols." smiling, the light grey she-cat, who's fur shone silver under the moonlight, ducked and went into the den for a sleep.

Moonpelt found a place nearby and curled up. THere was rather a nice breeze, swifting by. My parents and cousins will be proud of me she thought.
