Snowstep nodded confidently, her eyes bright with excitement; her first apprentice!
She stepped forward to Moonpaw and bent down to touch noses with her.

As Moonpaw walked to touch nose with her mentor, her eyes were gleaming with excitement. Yay, I'm finally an apprentice. I can't wait to start my training!

Snowstep smiled at the excitement in Moonpaw's eyes.
"You know, now that ur an apprentice, u've got to work hard ok?" she mewed and gave her first apprentice a friendly lick on the head. "we're gonna be up first thing in the morning so i can show you the borders! so u should catch some sleep!" she advised.

Snowstep nodded with a smile and sent Moonpaw off to her den before turning back to her own. She was very eager to start mentoring...She hoped that she won't mess up on her first try!

Without hesitating, Moonpaw quickly curled up near her mother for sleep to come. I can't wait she said to herself dreamily.
