Sakuwolf huffed and puffed into the campp after Emberfrost. "NYAHH!!" She stuck her tongue out at him, " One day, I will beat you!" She saw Snowstep with Rascal. She sighed loud enough for Emberfrost to hear.

Emberfrost grinned, "We'll see".
Then he also saw the two. Turning, he glared at Rascal with his ember eyes looking a little hateful...
"Let's go rest..." he hissed to Starlight and ducked into the warriors den without a second glance. Inside, he quickly curled up near the back of the brambles away from all the other cats who were already in the den.
In his heart he hoped Starlight would join him... since apprenticehood he has always been alone. Loneliness... it haunted him as a friend and foe at the same time...

Starlight watched Emberfrost pad into the Warriors den. She found herself yawning. She notice that Emberfrost went directly to the back of the cave. She walked towards his lain down form and curled down beside him. She knew she was being bold. She blushed, in spite of herself.

Emberfrost smiled to himself as Starlight lay down beside him. I guess I WOULDN'T be alone anymore... He liked the feeling he had with her... He knew now: Starlight's someone more than just another cat. He... loves her.
He opened his eyes; the ember light shined as he turned and lay his head beside Starlight's, and he started purring.

Starlight heard Emberfrost purr. She couldn't help but smile as she fell asleep.

Emberfrost drifted into a comforting sleep as the moon shone over head...
Silverpelt started to disappear again once light started creeping out from the mountains; dawn is here. the dark sky turned bright blue, and the moon was soon replaced with a warm sun.
Emberfrost sleepily opened his eyes and stood up with a soft yawn. He looked down beside him, seeing Starlight still asleep. He took careful steps and padded out of the den; he hoped he didn't wake her up.
He sat in the sunshine, licking a few moss balls off his pelt.

Starlight opened her eyes and discovcered that it was the sunrise?? She padded outside the den to find Emberfrost already there, licking a few moss balls off his pelt.
"Let's go eat!" She shouted as she started running towards the freshkill pile.

Emberfrost nodded and followed slowly after her. He couldn't keep his feelings to himself...not that he HAS feelings for another cat. He has to tell her... one way or another.
But...maybe later...
He crouched down and chose a vole for himself and started nibbling on it like he wasn't hungry. He was just confused... having feelings for the first time and all.
What should I do?

Starlight looked at Emberfrost worridly, "Are you ok?" she asked. Then she blushed. She knew that she's always admired Emberfrost as he fought in battles. How he leaped gracefully into the sky, how he sank his teeth into the enemies shoulder. Maybe it isn't rainfeather that I like... She blushed a even deeper red

IC: Emberfrost looked up from the vole, holding Starlight's gaze for a couple of dragging heartbeats. Then he stood up, leaving his half eaten vole.
"Can we go, um, patrolling together?" he asked. He's hoping to get some alone time with her... Other cats of the clan were waking up already.
He hoped he would get the courage then.
