Ravenpaw took in all the scents. She could smell many different things. "I can smell.. Our clan cats.. And a mouse somewhere." She mewed.

Ravenpaw stalked through the tall golden grass. She tasted the air and saw the mouse nibbling on a seed from a plant. Moving very slowly she creeped up until she was within pouncing range. She jumped onto the mouse and it slipped between her paws but she caught it with a swift blow to the neck. Picking it up she held it triumphantly in her jaws. "Tangleswrrrlll I ghat it!" She tried to saw with a mouth full of mouse.

Ravenpaw buried her prey under the bush Tangleswirl had pointed out and waited, still filled with excitement at being out of camp, for her mentor's next direction.

Tangleswirl watched Ravenpaw do as she was told. She will be a great warrior someday, she thought. "Let's move on to the next area."
ooc: with the end of the school year coming to an end, all the teacher's are making us write, so my inspiration is real low.
This will continue in the next area.
