The large tom's gray fur stuck out in the green underbrush, but the small mouse nibbling on grass a few yards a way did not notice him. His back was turned, facing were a multi-colored tom hide in the bushes.
He placed his paw loudly on a cracking leaf, the mouse jerked to stare at him before dashing away right into Blueclouds paws.
