ooc: Open, but it wouldn't fit... Earthclan and Skyclan
Rippedtail moved through the muddy ground. Her thoughts so muddled, she had no idea what she was going to do to see through this place. Rippedtail's mind flew to another time. One where her mind had been clear as a crystal. She remember inflicting pain on herself, an accident at the time, but it made her mind clear. Unsheathing her claws, Rippedtail held one paw over her other leg, trembling slightly. She took a breath and plunged a sharp claw into the flesh of her leg. Blood trickled over her claw, and pain welled up toward her brain, but through it all Rippedtail's mind cleared. She could see the world far better then ever before, she noticed all the little details while still seeing the bigger picture. Rippedtail's pain brought her sight, better sight then any cat in her clan. The blood from her wound was drying, Spottednose wouldn't ask questions. She still saw so clearly that she wondered if it were all real.

ooc: Not exactly emo, just wanting to get a clearer picture. There is a thread where she accidently bites her tongue and it has a similar effect, only this time is was much more powerful...

Windgale padded around, in a melancholy mood. She spotted Rippedtail, and almost freaked out. "Rippedtail! What are you doing?" SHe didn't want her clan mate to hurt herself- Windgale's frosty cold demeanor faded away at the sight of Rippedtail's pain. (lol she's got the wrong idea, lol)

Rippedtail looked at Windgale without actually looking at her. "Everything's so clear, so icy," her voice was distant.The clear world was starting to fade back to it's foggy self. "You don't understand, the world is so foggy, unclear. I could see, your not seeing the world the way we should. I could. I should. That is the way."

Windgale stared blankly at Rippedtail. Causing herself pain made her see more clearly? Suddenly understanding blossomed in her mind. She'd heard of where sometimes sudden pain caused one's mind to clear- it had away of shocking the body out of it's fuzziness. "What needs to be clearer?" Windgale asked, questioningly. "What are you thinking about?"

Windgale shook her head. "I'm sure there's other ways, Rippedtail.." She meowed, glad that Rippedtail wasn't trying to hurt herself, just make things 'clearer. Though what, the stormy grey she cat had no idea. "Hm.. well would hunting or doing something help clear your mind? Excercise might help. And besides, the clan needs freshkill..."
(^^; can you reply to the thread with Hollypaw and Eagletalon please? ^^; sorry to ask and be buggy =P)

ooc: She'll later that just focusing really hard will give her the same effect. So she won't hurt herself forever...
Rippedtail just sighed, and followed Windgale into the woods.
ooc: Mine's short too... I'm glad you're getting good use out of Windgale. She was such a cool cat, with her history personality and description, but I couldn't seem to get her in any threads... I actually traded Windgale for Dreampaw!!

(oh okay! ^^ lol Windgale's just worried- and that she's showing it is unusual ^^ )
( really? I didn't know that! But I'm glad you did trade her- cuz now I have Windgale~~ heehee! ^^ yeah, you made such a cool (but sad ) history for her, and it's a challenge trying to keep her IC, but I love that- everyone needs a challenge! )
Windgale felt uncomfortable. Now that the crisis seemed over... She didn;t know what to do... She'd never really had a conversation with any cat before.. The pain from her days as an apprentice still haunted her- the name calling, the death of her mother, the shunning of her father and herself... She sighed. She was not the same cat she used to be, happy go lucky, cheerful and friendly... her ears flicked back. Feeling extremely awkward, Windgale felt herself slipping back into her cold, conversation avoiding self again...
