Hunting

Rosefang, far from home, saw a dead rabbit lying on the middle of the woods. She stepped closer to smell it. The unfamiliar scent smelled fresh. She decided to leave it.
"I need to catch something and get out of here. That smell bugs me." She scented a mole a little way off. She crouched low to the ground being careful to to startle it. Then taking the mole by surprise she pounced and caught it. Carrying the mole in her mouth she headed back to Earthclan. I can't stop thinking about that rabbit with the strange smell.

Spottednose meets Rosefang while collecting herbs. "I see you've been hunting. How was it?" She sees the distracted face from Rosefang and asks "Is something bothering you?"

"Yes. I was hunting and I saw a dead rabbit. When I smelled it there was an unfamilrlar scent. And the scent was fresh. It keepes bothering me. Should I tell Streamstar? Or should I just not worry about it?"
