Crowfoot's slick black fur had been groomed to perfection. His grey eyes held a firm determination to complete his mission. He had 10 cats with him, all extremely good meat hunters. Each one also had the determination in their eyes, they all were thirsty to show Silentkill that they were the best of the Tribe, that they were the most advanced. However, to complete the mission, you must start it. Together, the 11 cats trampled in the mud, making as much noise as possible. With any luck, warriors would arrive and take them to the camp. Luck wasn't on Crowfoot's side all the time though.

Wolfstorm padded by the cats, not noticing them since the wind blew away from her and she was deaf. She quickly caught a mouse and began to bury it..
(don't worry, I'll put that the wind shifts direction and she suddenly smells them or sees them)

Crowfoot pricked his ears. Another Cat wasn't far away... "Hello?? Can anyone help us?!?" He yowled, adding a miserable tone. The others quickly picked up the scent and started crying out as well. A pretty sand-colored she-cat named Storm meowed pitifly, "Our kits are dead!!" And just in case someone was watching, she buried her head into Crowfoot's fur, to copy the look of mates.

Wolfstorm walked right past them, oblivious to thier noise, the mouse dangling from her jaws. Suddenly, the wind shifted, alerting her to the fact that other cats were in her territory. Her purple eyes widened. So many cats... and NOT waterClan! She hissed dropping the mouse, her silver fur bristling. "What are YOU doing here??" She spat- unable to hear what they were saying at first...

Crowfoot felt relieved, yet he said, "Help us, we are weary travelers who have faced hardships. Please, we are too weak to hunt."

Wolfstorm growled as the tom plead for prey. He and his group certainly weren't a clan cats. Not to mention travelling in quite a large group. Something was suspicious about these cats, but she couldn't put her paw on it. Until she knew something concrete, she'd just have to take thier word. "Here." She meowed stiffly, still a little wary. She pushed the mouse she had just caught towards the tom. "Eat. I buried more prey over there, so I'll be right back." She bounded away, hoping to see another of her clan mates. That was Froststar could know about this stange band of cats....

Crowfoot shoved the small prey toward Storm and the others. She ate a tiny bit and passed it on. They hadn't eaten for 5 days now, except for small pieces such as this. He flexed his claws, so close...

Rats! Wolfstorm thought as she picked up the rest of the prey. Usually she saw her clan mates every where. She wished she'd thought to bring her apprentice, Painpaw with her. He could have gotten the message through.. Oh well.. there was nothing for her to do but go back. She grunted in frustration as she picked up all the prey she'd caught- several squirrels, two mice, and a rabbit, and made her way back to the 'rogues' as she was calling them for now. "Here. Eat, and then I'll take you to my camp." She meowed tersely..

Crowfoot tilted his head in mock ignorance. "Clan?" The other rogues dived into the prey, secretly laughing at how little the warrior had caught. Together, all 11 of them could feed the entire Tribe.

Wolfstorm could feel the disdain these cats had for her and her wariness increased even more. "Yes, Clan. A group of cats. Stay here." She meowed, determined to warn her clan. "I have to go make dirt.." Hopefully it would let her get away without leading them to the camp..

Yes, run off and warn your little friends, we'll continue our little game soon... Crowfoot thought with a sneer. "Don't worry about us," he turned his pale eyes toward Wolfstorm, he filled them with grief and thanks, "Thank you, for the meal." Storm stifled a laugh and he flicked his tail into her face.

Wolfstorm supressed a snarl as she sensed that something was wrong.... but she didn't know what. She sighed and bolted out of there once she was sure she was out of the other cats' sight. Froststar and Lakeripple needed to be told... After the Fireclan alliance, WaterClan didn't need another problem on it's paws....
