"I never heard the end of that." Shadowfire purred, chuckling to himself as he imagined again how Foxcloud had stormed back and forth. Her fox read paws slamming the earth with such anger that the Fireclan tom had flinched every now and then. It was odd that the deputy had always lectured to him, when the way she had ranted it seemed she could of been pouring it all out onto a tree stump for all she cared.

Firemist flinched. She never realized that it was Burningstar's decision that made Foxcloud hate her. "So Foxcloud hates me, because I was your mentor?" Firemist was generally confused. She assumed that Foxcloud's hate for her ran deeper then something as petty as that. It probably did, but for the moment it didn't seem like it...

The Fireclan tom shook his head breifly. "It could run deeper. She seemed mostly bothered ever sense you and I started hanging around each other. Maybe the combination of you taking Moonlitice away, and the life long torments of the other cats finally pushed her off the edge?" To be honest, Shadowfire had no idea. He was scratching the bottom of the pond for these pebbles.
OOC: I need to stop making medaphores (sp?)....they only hurt the mind.

Frowning, Moonlitice nodded. "Foxcloud has a many track mind. She watches everything like from above, seeing things in detail. She uses this to her advantage, but sometimes misinterprets something. It is this that fuels her anger."
