Yewfrost sat in the corner of the clearing. She had just got to her new camp, because she was driven out of her old home... "Um... Would somebody show me around?" she mewed. She was trying to hold in her temper, but her eyes were turning amber anyways... "Please..." she muttered trying hard not to burst out yowling.

Flypaw stared over at the new cat, her eyes understanding. She lifted to her paws, slowly padding over toward the cat. Twitching her ears in greeting, "hello, I am Flypaw, the medicine cat apprentice. It is nice to meet you...." she paused hoping the cat would fill in her name.

"Yewfrost." Yewfrost meowed, her eyes turning blue again. "I am a new warrior." She looked at the fresh-kill pile. It only had two mice in it. "Can I hunt?" Yewfrost asked, "I want to feed my new Clan."

Flypaw nodded, "yes that would be a great idea, I hope you don't mind that I tag along. I haven't been on a hunt for a while, and I could get some supplies for the medicine cats den" she explained with a smile.

Rippedtail blocked the apprentice and warrior. "Flypaw since we've just had that battle I think Spottednose will nee you," she meowed. Her amber eyes glowing gently. "I'll take Yewfrost out." Rippedtail turned and headed out of the camp.

(we already hunted) "Um... we just got back..." Yewfrost growled, her eyes turning slightly amber. She noticed Rippedtail backing slowly away."Sorry! Just a temper..." Yewfrost meowed.

"Oh, that's okay," Rippedtail got over her shock. "Shall I show you around camp?" Rippedtail asked. She remembered the Yewfrost was new.
