Snowstep stood deep in the center of SkyClan's forest with her head held high and her ears pricked. she looked like she was enjoying the morning, but her eyes betrayed a flash of pride.
today was the last day.
she didnt go to wake Moonpaw up this morning, or tell her where to meet her. she expected her apprentice to be independente, and find her own way. Snowstep had high expectations for Moonpaw, but in her heart she knew she could do it.
the light grey she-cat closed her eyes and waited as dawn shone with a welcoming light... as the sun started rising.

OOC: What do you mean the last day?
IC: Moonpaw stretched and walked out of her den. She took a deep breath of the morning air. It was another day of her training. She remembered that Snowstep did not tell her to wake up early in the morning for training. She must be waiting for me she said silently. Walking out of the camp, she entered the forest, and saw Snowstep and padded over to her.

Snowstep caught sight of Moonpaw coming over. "good" she purred to herself as her apprentice came over. "Ok, it's been moons since u've started training already. Show me some moves u've learned." she started, nodding for her to start.

Moonpaw charged from behind Snowstep and leaped on her back. Then lightly she swift her paw on her pelt a few times.

IC: Snowstep dodged away from under, then leaped from the top. her claws were sheathed, but she watched for Moonpaw's reaction to this attack.

Moonpaw rolled on her side then scrambled up. Then she dived under Snowstep, swifting her paws under her belly.

Snowstep landed with a grunt, then got up. "good moves, Moonpaw. ok, now show me ur best hunting. catch as much prey as u can and bring ur kills back to camp by sunhigh." she smiled and licked down her dusty fur.
although she didn't tell her apprentice, she'll be watching her progress.

"Um..ok" Moonpaw was unaware of being watched. She stopped for a moment and took a big gulp of air. She could scent a mouse scruffling by. Walking lightly, she edged closer to the mouse. Then with one swift of a paw, the mouse laid still beside her.
She quickly burried her mouse and scented the air again.

Snowstep's ears were perked as she listened for any noise. good... she thought to herself. that means a good kill.
as moonpaw left once again, she followed close by slowly with her body close to the ground without any sound.

Next Moonpaw could scent a rabbit, a few pawsteps away. She moved to a crouch position and began until the rabbit came closer to her. When it was close enough she pushed off and pounced again. *pounce*

Snowstep watched from behind some ferns and bracken, her scent covered by so many plants. she looked up at the sun; it was almost sunhigh. at least Moonpaw was doing a good job.
seen enough, she quietly stalked back to camp, making sure she made no sound. she hoped the leader would approve as well; it's been moons already that Moonpaw has trained.

IC: Moonpaw dugged the rabbit. She could see that it was almost sunhigh. Hm...I'll catch a few more, there's still some time left. She could scent another mouse. This time, in a crouch position, she pounced quickly without waiting. She was getting a bit nervous now for some reason....

"oh hi Wolfstar," Snowstep nodded to her leader in respect. "yes, Moonpaw's doing good." she smiled proudly. "she'll be back by sunhigh for the ceremony."
OOC: hey, if anyone's in for a bit of excitement, we could have some kind of problem happen which delays Moonpaw's ceremony. like, an attack, a disaster... anything of that sort. if not, then we could continue. XP

OOC: im good with fox! ^^ how about while hunting u scent something different, and u're attacked by a fox? ill be right there with u after a while. XP
IC: Snowstep waited by the entrance of the camp, looking up at the sun. it was sunhigh... where was Moonpaw? did she loose track of time?

IC: After a good hunt, Moonpaw started to head back to camp with her fresh kill. What was that? She could a good breath of air. Fox and it was fresh too! The bushes moved and out jumped a fox. It started to pounce, but Moonpaw dodged quickly before it had a chance. Pouncing on the fox's back, she scratched it as hard as she could.

the fox let out a loud yowl and gave Moonpaw a hard shove, releasing her from its back.
Snowstep's ears went up when she heard the sound of something... a fox?! instantly, with her fur standing on end, the she-cat dashed off towards the last spot she saw Moonpaw. hopefully she wasn't in danger...
