Solarpaw paced around the lake's shoreline occaisionally glancing at his reflection. He wasn't really sure what he was doing, he had felt like doing something other than sitting around camp. So he had come to the lake for a while. Eventually he plopped himself onto the ground and sat, peering into the waters. He looked at the ginger tom reflected back at him and pawed at it, the ripples contorting his face and making him a big fuzzy mess. Like a big furry sun. He thought to himself, smiling. Once the ripples had calmed he laid down, his front paws dangling above the water, gently swaying. He flicked and ear as he lifted his head so it caught the sun's light, it bouced straight off him as he basked in its warmth. Again he smiled to himself and let his head slowly lower over the enbankment, level his dangling front paws. His head now pointing to the water. So close he could stick out his tongue and just reach the surface. He stared again, observing himself in his reflection, seeing what it could do.

Autumnleaf stared at Solarpaw, her prey. Her target. Her . . . host. A sweet, chilling smile crawled its way across her face. She padded foward on silent paw steps. Standing behind him, she walked to his left side. She bent down, her muzzle just centimeteres from his ear. "Hello, Solarpaw." Her voice was sweet as honey, her eyes holding compation. She was almost fully beautiful, except for the claw marks running over both eyes. Her tail twitched lightly behind her.

Solarpaw Almost jumped out of his skin when he heard the sweet voice so close to him. How did he not hear anyone come up behind him? He cursed himself for not paying attention and only now had he realised he had instantly frozen up. He let his tense muscles relax and mentally calmed himself. He felt something odd, but couldn't quite place it. Solarpaw calmy stood, looking to see the voices source. Not sure wether to expect an enemy or something else. He blinked as he saw the she-cat who had spoken and was shocked at how close they were. They were practically brushing pelts. He felt a shudder down his spine, and didn't know why. He looked the she-cat up and down, try to decipher wether they were freind or foe. She didn't look like a rogue or loner, in fact she seemed quite beautiful, though she did have some scars on both eyes. Yet, he didn't recall ever seeing her at any of the meetings either. And she certainly didn't smell like a kittypet. So just -who- was this cat? Solarpaw blinked again and let out a fuddled reply. "Dah.. Uh.. Who Are You?!" he inquired, attemtpting to regain stability and make himsef seem authoritive. "And... uh... What are you doing.. Um.. Here?!". Inside he cursed himself. Then he noticed something... this cat had called him by his name. Another chill, except less of a chill. More a blizzard screaming its way up his spine, sending out a thousand impulses telling him to move, but he just couldn't. Something stopped him.

Amusement lit Autumnleafs silver eyes. "I am Autumnleaf." There was no point in lying to the cat. She could see the fear yet the curiousness in his eyes. "Stuttering? That is not good for a cat to have." She leaned closer, her milky teeth flashing ever so slightly. "If i was an enemy, you would be dead." She chuckles at this, her always unsheathed claws scraping against the ground. She examined him closely. Yes, he will be perfect. I have been watching you, and you will be perfect for my plans. The sweetness of her voice never left her. "How rude. Not going to introduce yourself?"

Solarpaw gulped, at the words "You would be dead". He took a deep breath to calm his nerves once again and he shifted a little under Autumnleaf's gaze. "I am Solarpaw of Fireclan" He breathed. Saying that gave him a little confidence. "And you still haven't answered my other question. You're tresspassing". Perhaps a little too much confidence. He hissed to himself at how rude he sounde- .. No, This was Fireclan territory. He Locked his shocking turqoise eyes with Autumnleaf's amazing black and silver ones, he had never seen anything like them. But he stuggled to hold them, yet he was drawn to them at the same time. He felt confused and slightly light-headed. Not sure what was happening. Fear and curiosity battling inside him, one screaming "GET OUT OF THERE!" the other calmly patting his shoulder, silently urging him on. He shook his head a litte to make them both shut up and tried to stand tall and strong, awaiting a response, although inside he was shaking.

Autumnleaf couldnt help but chuckle at the little apprentice. She just found him so . . . amusing! "How do you know that i am tresspassing?" She started to circle around the tom. Her tail lightly brushed against his muzzle, then his pelt. As she circled him, her tail traced against him. Toms. Such idiots. Her voice sweetened up even further. "How do you know that i am dangerous? I have done nothing to you. If i wanted, i could kill you now, but why would i do that?" She grins down at him, her smile just as sweet as her voice.

Solarpaw felt Autumnleaf's tail brush against him and flinched. It sent a ripple all across his body.. a ripple of something strange. He had no idea what it was. Just, a ripple. His common sense was begining fade and he struggled to keep hold of it. As her tail left his pelt he felt he had a tighter grip, but then she smiled. What was wrong with him. This was stupid. It was all stupid. He told himself. Coming out to the lake was stupid, and this cat is stupid. He breathed and drew back a little. But breathing brought with it, her scent. He shut his eyes. He knew she had still not answered. It was as if she was stalling. Solarpaw felt Autumneaf's scent enter his nostrils, leaving a tingling sensation. I numbed his senses and He felt slightly dazed yet again. "You must be trespassing. I havn't seen.. Anyone... like.... you. There was the slightest of pauses then. "Around camp".
He forced himsef to meet her gaze again, but failed and he sat down resignedly... Not really sure what to do.

Autumnleafs tail tip flicked over so slightly. "Tsk, tsk. I would hope, sense you have never seen me around, you would know who i am." Her eyes seemed to turn into black abyss's. "I am from above." She pointed her tail tip to the sky. "The far above. From Starclan." Her sweet smile never faded for a second. "I made my form as solid as i could, it seems it has worked. I was an old Medicine cat." She tickled his nose with her tail. "Such a silly little kitty." She chuckles softly. How stupid you are.

Solarpaw was amazed. A Starclanner!? Talking to HIM!? "Starclan!? Really!?" He paused then bowed his head. "S-sorry, I didn't know!". His eyes flicked around everywhere. He was instantly on his feet. "Do you have a message or something? Should I go get the rest of the clan". He wanted to let the world know. "Um, Is there anything i can do for you?". He felt something wasn't right deep down inside but it was completly overshadowed by the idea or a Starclanner talking to him. This was incredible. He quickly smoothened down his fur not wanting to look scruffy infront of Starclan, He felt honoured that She had chosen to appear to him and eager to assist.

Autumnleaf had to refrain from bursting out laughing. This cat believes it! Ha! What a mouse-brain! "Yes, Starclan. And i only came to talk with you Solarpaw. No one else. That is why i came to you when you were alone, see?" She smiles sweetly at him again, a soft mrrw escaping her. "Its alright that you didnt know, not most cats do. But im glad you were defending your clan." Even though you did a weak job on it. Mouse-dung.

Solarpaw's heart almost skipped a beat when Autumnleaf said she was glad he was defending the clan. Who gets complimented by a Starclanner? "Oh, Uh." He stumbled over his words. "Me? What is it Autumnleaf?" now his curiosity was sky-high and he just had to know. BY know he was beginning to calm down. Giving that little negative feeling of doubt in the pit of his stomach a chance to show itself. He was behaving like a kit. But that little bit of doubt stood very little chance against Autumnleaf. Solarpaw padded a tiny bit closer, hanging on her every word. Every honey-covered, sugar-coated, cherry-topped one of them.

Autumnleaf could see that she had hooked him. It was perfect, so beautiful. She always had a way with words. She steps towards him. "See, i know that the clans are fighting with each other. Starclan is slightly angered by this. And a few of us are 'hosting' with the living cats. I have chosen you. But, you can always decline if youd like. We want to see if we can fix things. You will be the one i speak through. What do you think of that?" Autumnleaf felt like a hunter, stalking her prey. Getting closer and closer to the goal . . .

"H-Hosting?" Solarpaw frowned a little. He wasn't really sure about it, but he had faith in Starclan. He wouldn't be a Clan cat if he didn't. Right? He looked at Autumnleaf searchingly. Not really sure what he was looking for. He didn't want anything bad to happen, and even if he didn't want to, he couldn't say no to a Starclanner. Could he? Solarpaw looked out across the lake to the suns reflection then slowly back to Autumnleaf. The doubt still holding on, not ready to give up just yet. "Well... If its for the clan..." He left the sentance hanging, looking into Autumnleaf's eyes.

Autumnleaf smiles, knowing she was closing down on him. "Yes hosting. And it would be for the clan. To keep them safe. Do not worry, you will feel no pain. Just, another being? I would be speaking to you, thats all. Nothing more." She took a step towards him. "IT would make Starclan very happy."

"Well... Ok then. For Starclan. And Fireclan" He said, with a note of finality. He was going to be a hero of Fireclan. He was going to save the forest. Solarpaw puffed out his chest a little at the thought, and that sealed it. He would Help Autumnleaf and Starclan to save the forest and defend Fireclan. He had come out here for adventure, and he got it. That little bit of doubt was fading, ever faster, into non-existance. Solarpaw shut his eyes, ready. paused and looked questioningly at Autumnleaf through one eye. "Um, Do we need to go anywhere? Or Does it just work everywhere?" before closing his eyes again. Waiting. Thinking about how, generations from now queens will tell kits the grand tale of how Solarpaw saved everyone.

A dark, twisted smirk crossed over Autumnleafs muzzle when he closed his eyes again. "Oh yes. We can do it right here. This is perfect." With that, she became the faded look that she was. She touched her nose on Solarpaws. "You are now mine to control!" The darkness in her voice rang out, and she slipped into his body. Her soul basically fuzed with his. "Thank you, Solarpaw. This will help Demonclan a great deal to kill the clans!" Her harsh laugh echoed through his head. Her darkness seemed into every inch of his body. "You have helped to destroy the clans that you wish to protect! Weak!"

Autumnleaf's worlds felt like ice impaling his heart. She was like a different cat. All the sweetness was gone. He would have yelled in pain.. But his body was not his to control. "D...Demonclan?"
He said. Present as thoughts. He fought to regain control, shouting every curse under Silverpelt. "You LIAR!" He shouted for the fifteenth time as he gave up.. weakened from the fuzing. He tried to recover some energy. It was awkward not being yourself. He couldn't see anything.. there was just emptyness. The suddenly he was surroounded by bright light. Only to be plunged into darkness yet again. But at least he could see. Not that there was much to see. Just an endless forest of dark, twisted trees. "I won't let you do this!" he called into the dark. "Just you wait and see!". Resignedly, Solarpaw began pacing. Although he didn't seem to move, it helped him think. He tried regain possesion of himself but to constant faluire. Soon he gave up and just sat, boiling in self-hatred for being so stupid.

"Thats riiiiight. Lies. Lies. All lies! Everything i said to you, fake!" Autumnleaf could feel him pacing, and she cackles. "I have control now. Yes, i am from Demonclan. Sent to Demonclan for i was a medicine cat, but i killed enstead of saved! Ha!" She started to work the body forward, able to find it easy to control. "Fight back all you want. You will only fail. Here, ill grant you sight, but nothing more." With that, she let him see what she saw. *heh* "This shall all be too fun."

"A Medicine cat... That Kills?" He whispered in disgust. "What kind of monster are you?!". Suddenly his vision was filled with the lake. But it was moving away from him. He felt helpless. "What are you planning to do with my body anyway?" He said. Feeling cheated and hurt. As he could do nothing but watch the scenery bob past. He felt so pathetic and insignificant. "Stop it!" he cried as his body walked onwards. He gave one final push at reclaiming his body. But again, his efforts were a waste. For now all he could do was watch. And Solarpaw Didn't like it one bit.

"Oh, your words are too kind." Autumnleaf purrs She ignored the press that Solarpaw did, trying to break out. "I told you. Im going to destroy the clans. Foxcloud should help with that." She smirks darkly. "And many cats trust you. This is going to be easy!"
