"It's been like, three days since I've become an apprentice and I still don't have a mentor!" Shadowpaw hissed to herself. "I would just like to give Wolfstar a piece of my mind!" Taking deep breaths, Shadowpaw attempted to calm herself. " The leader has probably just been busy with leader stuff, yeah, that must be it." She murmered.

Galaxyshadow padded past and caught Shadowpaw's words. " Hey, you're not alone, know that? " He meowed looking at her. "No cat's seen Wolfstar in ages, and Rosefeather's busy with the alliance with Treestar." He gave her a sympathetic glance. "Well....I can take you to Rosefeather when she's got some free time on her paws- no promises mind you." He meowed, giving her a stern glance..

"Just because I'm not alone doesn't mean I was making an anouncement to the whole clan!" Shadowpaw said, pelt bristling. "I'm sorry about my out burst. I'll settle for you taking me to Rosefeather when she has free time." 'I want to be useful to my clan...' she thought.

Galaxyshadow's eyes narrowed at Shadowpaw's outburst. She could learn some respect! He thought. "Fine. I'll find Rosefeather." He meowed, stalking off...
(lol Shadowpaw may be bossier than Galaxyshadow ^^ )

As soon as Galaxyshadow was out of hearing distance Shadowpaw hissed "Good. You don't want to get on my bad side, now do you Galaxyshadow?"
OOC: *Nods* It doesn't say in her bio that she's bossy...but she's becoming bossy very quickly ^.^

(lol- yeah, sometimes the character just becomes different than the bio when you rp as them.)
Galaxyshadow growled to himself. Snotty upstart apprentice. He glowered as he padded around the camp, in an attempt to find Rosefeather. If he couldn't find her, than good riddance- Shadowpaw could talk to her herself. He found himself wishing he was with Dawnstreak....
(lol gotta wait til flamey gets on ^^)

"I'm so bored." Shadowpaw murmered to herself. "I'll just innocentley wander around the camp and if I happen to be able to see Galaxyshadow every paw-step of the way, that might not be so bad." The plan unraveled before her 'I'll make sure Galaxyshadow does what I asked.' She thought.

Galaxyshadow padded around the camp a few times, but then threw in the towel. It was obvious Rosefeather did not want to be found, or was away negotiating the alliance with Treestar. Shrugging, he padded out of camp, thinking of doing a little hunting to calm him down, the anger still there from Shadowpaw's insolence. The tension melted away as he went into hunting mode, scenting a mouse and easily catching it...

Grayshadow was perched on a low branch nearby. "Good catch" he meowed before running down the bark of the tree onto the ground. He padded towards Galaxyshadow and said his greetings. He looked at the scrawny brown bundle in his mouth and clucked his tongue. "There isn't much prey around this time" he stated. "They're all hiding from the cold." He glanced at a robin saoring overhead then looked back to Galaxyshadow with his ever-present smile.

"Yeah.. unfortunately.." Galaxyshadow meowed. "I hope things don't get too hard this leaf-bare. With the tensions between the clans the way they are, we need all the prey and healthy cats we can get." He looked a little disgusted at the mouse's skinny frame. "It won't feed much, but at least it's something.." he meowed. "Want to join forces?" He smiled, glad to see a friendly clan member. "Maybe between the two of us we can scare up enough prey to last the day. What do you say Grayshadow?"

Grayshadow blinked and nodded his head at Galaxyshadow, anything to keep the clan going. "Of course" he started to head off deeper in this forest when a snapping sound interrupted him. He flicked and ear in that direction, gesturing to Galaxyshadow. "Did you hear that?" he whispered, turning slightly to look carefully where the noise came from.

' No!' Shadowpaw thought, panicking when she noticed the slight movement of Grayshadows head. As quickly and quietly as possible she concealed her self in the tall grass, though she knew one of the warriors would see her if they looked carefully enough. 'Please Starclan, let them not see me!' Shadowpaw prayed.

OOC: lol, good thing Grayshdow kindly agreed to be Shadowpaw's mentor *smiles evily*
Shadowpaw sighed. The jig was up. "I followed Galaxyshadow here. I'm just so bored, and all I wanted to do was get out of camp. But theres no way I could do that without a mentor." Her annoyed speech ended with a hiss. "If that twig hadn't have snapped, I would still be un-noticed, right under your two snouts!" She said, tail sweeping back and forth with agitation.

Grayshadow nodded to Galaxyshadow again and began to slowly creep towards the taller grass,focusing all his senses on the one spot where he thought the creature would be. He glanced quickly to Glaxayshadow again then pounced. He felt his paws touch something and paused with his mouth open ready for the killer blow.
"Sh-Shadowpaw?" he blinked confused and backed away off of the apprentice. "Were you following us?"

Shadowpaw couldn't believe the stupidity. "Isn't that what I just said? With those ears of yours, you'd think you'd be able to hear everything." Seeing the look on Grayshadows face she quickly added "Which must also mean you're a great hunter."
