Glosskit mrrwed to herself, peering up at Scarkit from her spot on the ground. "Hello Scarkit!"
Pale eyes bright, she rolled onto her chubby kit-belly and rose to her paws. Her pelt was matted in some places, sticking up in others, and was covered in dust and sprigs of moss, but the gray she-kit blinked warmly at him none the less. "How are you today?"

Scarkit glanced at Lightkit, but he wasn't sure how to answer her. he couldn't just come out and say, "I'm afraid that you weren't gonna be my friend any more, since you already have a friend." He'd fee like an idiot, and with the medicine cat and a warrior nearby he wasn't about to embarrass himself like that. And so he shrugged, not bothering to say anything, he turned to Glosskit nodding politely. "Nice to meet you, I think. Just tell me your not as much a trouble maker as Lightkit," he meowed pausing to glance at her amusement dancing in his eyes. "She's already hard enough to handle."
Sitting slowly back he wrapped his long tail around his paws, absorbing the camp and the cats in it. His heart hammered hard in his chest when his gaze fell onto the camp entrance. He would soon get to leave the camp, run wild, hunt mice and other prey. The thoughts got his blood pumping and his heart beating at a fast rate. He shook the thoughts away, he'd be an apprentice soon enough.
With a sigh he glanced back at the other two kits, his gaze turning to that of boredom. "Who do you guy want as your mentor, when we become apprentices?" The question came out in a rush but with them already out he couldn't take them back now.
OOC: hehe can they become apprentices soon?

Tilting her head curiously at his first statement to Lightkit, her brows knitted. Didn't Scarkit know that you could have more than one friend? Shrugging that thought off, she giggled mischievously.
"Oh no, I get into much more trouble than Lightkit does." Still chuckling quietly, she batted a paw at the light colored she-kit, her tail twitching.
Then, to his next question, she shook her head. "It doesn't matter to me all that much," Glosskit glanced about the LightningClan camp, and as she watched the warriors go about their daily routines, a sparkle came into her soft eyes. The silvery kit was nearly six moons old, and she was getting pretty excited about becoming an apprentice. "Just someone who won't claw my ears off when I fall on my face."

OOC: I guess so. ^^ Just give me a call when you're ready and I'll try to find an active warrior for you guys. That is, if there are any.
Mossheart's thoughts wondered off as the gang of kits colgulated together and talked. Never minding of feeling neglected at all their kit chat, it gave her time to look around her camp or her clan. She couldn't help but feel happiness puffing up her chest. It was a dream come true. However, Mossheart's ears perked up as she heard Scarkit's question. "Who do you guy want as your mentor, when we become apprentices?" She inched closer towards the group, listening with slight interest at whom they prefer. After all, they were inching closer to apprenticehood and she wanted to choose them mentors that they enjoy being with.

Scarkit turned to there leader with perked ears, he thought the question over closing his eyes to concentrate. He seemed to still completely but finally he opened his eyes and his tail flickered, "I don't mind who my mentor is, every warrior here is a friend of mine. But if I had to choose....It would be Goldeneye or Sunstorm," he meowed with a confident nod. His gaze flicked over to Lightkit, who would she choose for a mentor?

Mossheart looked at Scarkit's eyes and nodded slightly at her. She like Scarkit's honesty and courage; able to confront his chosen warrior to her. However, after hearing Goldeneye, she smiled ever so slightly; Goldeneye was a well chosen warrior! Now, turning to Lightkit, she waited for her response.

"Me too!" Lightkit purred with excitement, hardly able to stay still. She tried to restrain herself from jumping up and down in happiness in front of their leader, but it was shown by her never-settling tail. "I've always thought Goldeneye and Sunstorm are so cool!" she laughed. "When can we become apprentices?" she asked Mossheart, her eyes shining.
OOC: sry short post, and sry about not being as active these days. @_@ havent' been in the... RPing mood. >.<

OOC: thats cool and welcome back^^
IC: Scarkit smiled warmly at Lightkit when he was sure no one was looking. He couldn't be caught smiling in front of his leader, it was a weakness he didn't even want. But he couldn't seem to help it, Lightkit's happy attitude made every one want to smile.

Glosskit giggled at Lightkit's restrained enthusiasm, her own stubby tail vainly trying to copy the golden kit's. She meowed in agreement at Scarkit's choices--Goldeneye and Sunstorm were great warriors in her opinion too, but the she-kit also looked up to many of the other warriors, such as Battleheart and Swiftface, and even Mossheart herself.
"Hey, yeah!" Her gray-blue eyes locked onto the LightningClan leader, wide and round as moons. The little cat knew that their apprenticeships weren't that far away, but every day seemed like a moon when you were waiting!

She felt taken back as all three paris of eyes locked into hers. Regaining consciousness, she kept to a serious face to talk business. "Soon" she replied with her eyes glinting. Then she elaborated, "The day will eventually come before you even know it." She knew that the three kits would not believe her. Knowing what to say, she diverged to a different comment, "don't need to fret about your mentors, they'll all be fine and dedicated warriors."

"Yay!" Glosskit mewed, and rather loudly at that, as she blinked warmly up at LightningClan's leader. Several cats pricked an ear her way curiously, but the little she-kit took no notice as she squirmed in delight. "Thanks, Mossheart!"

IC: "I can't wait!" Lightkit almost jumped, then turned her attention back to Scarkit. She didn't catch the smile he gave her though. "Aren't you exicted?" she thingyed her head, curiously watching Scarkit with her golden-amber eyes.

Mossheart mrrow with laughter along with Glosskit's meow. She couldn't wait until all three of them were ready to be made into apprentices. "No problem" she responsded, giving half of her attention to the twilight that was coming for the day. The day was almost over soon and she needed time right now. Time to think. "Well then, I better be off now. I have some clan duties to catch up to. I'll talk to you kits, no, seem to be apprentices later." She winked at the group of kits, got up and went to search for Goldeneye.

IC: Goldeneye entered camp with a chaffinch and two mice clamped firmly in his jaws. That was his last load of the day as the warm sun started lowering back behind the mountains. As he dropped his prey onto the freshkill pile, he spotted Mossheart. "Mossheart," the golden-brown deputy dipped his head in respect to his leader. "Everything's quiet in our borders." he reported.

She was surprised to see Goldeneye in front of her, especially when she need to tell him something important. "Great" she replied, half to herself and half to him. "I was just thinking about this after I finished talking with the kits." Carrying on, she went, "Anyways, I have something to tell you. I'm thinking of doing an apprentice ceremony for the three kits today. Would that be fine?" she knew she shouldn't be asking him about this, but she still hadn't gotton her leader name yet, considering that it was almost moons already.

"Yes, yes of course," Goldeneye blinked, surprised that Mossheart was asking HIM if it was ok or not; it was always the leaders' decision about when to have ceremonies. Then he frowned a little, worried. "When will you go to the Moonstone?" he asked, lowering his voice so the other clanmates won't get worried that Mossheart wasn't Mosstar yet. "The other clans might think there's something wrong."
