A small silver figure moved steadily across the open hills, her beautiful pelt waving in the wind. She was a cat walking from her past. She stopped a moment to rasp her tongue over her inticately patterned pelt and check the scents around her. She couldn't scent much, a few rabbits here and there and a mouse or two. No water. She sighed, would she ever consider settling down? Would she ever make a true freind? She shook her head to removed such thoughts, but they stayed at the back of her mind, ready to pounce when she least expected. She sighed again, she had to admit it some time. She had been alone her whole life, ever sice she had been dumped beneath the bridge. A tear jerked at her eye and she blinked it back. Would she always be alone? Perhaps she should settle down someplace. Again, she shook her head and hastily resumed grooming her pelt.OOC: XD longer than i expected

Skywalker's jet black fur looked like a small hole in the pure white snow. The tom's figure was average, but slightly thinner then a normal cats. His oddly strong muscles flexed slightly as the tom's dark blue eyes flashed across the high hills. A odd white owl sat in the snow, pecking at a dead mouse. Skywalker's eyes flashed happily at this prey.
Snow and dirt flew into the air, as the tom raced threw the tall grass, and tackled the owl quickly. The jet black tom hissed harshly at the bird, as a fight broke out in the empty hills. A screech of a owl, and harsh hiss of a cat echoed threw the air. Skywalker clamped his jaws over one of the bird's wings, and whipped his head from side to side in a attempt to break it. Sharp talons dug into the toms underbelly, and as the two fought, a talon whipped out, and slashed across his chest painfully. The small white dot was cut in half by the scratch, and was stained red. Skywalker yelled loudly to make the pain and tension of the fight clear, as he was able to snap his jaws over the large bird's neck. Now with the upper-paw, Skywalker whipped his head up, with the bird still in his jaws, and flung the strong creature to the ground harshly. The land fell silent, as the owl lay broken and beaten in the now red snow.
Skywalker's green tinted eyes turned from dark intentions, to pure shock. The outsider's clamped teeth slowly became a shocked look. The training given to him long ago on his travels when he was still young, must have been harsher then what was first guessed. Skywalker began to whisper silently to himself as his jet black paws took him to the creatures resting place. The tom was whispering to the Earth and all the animals around, about why this owl had to be killed. For food. But Skywalker also begged that his long ago training wouldn't come out once more, and that it would never be used against a fellow cat.

Stream caught a movement in the snow on a hill in the corner of her eye and turned round to see what it was. All she could see was a black shape not to far off. She squinted to work out what it was and realisation crept through her like an icy wind: it was another cat. Had she tresspassed on a cats territory? She noticed a lump beside the black cat, was that an owl? Has this cat killed an owl? She shuddered at the thought of being on the receiving end of an attack from this new cat. After a moment she slowly began to head towards the stranger, hoping her silver pelt hid her better in the snow than his black pelt.
Misty had been watching Skywalker for a while now, her white pelt hiding her well, she knew he was from a far-off place and thoughy perhaps he could teach her some of his foreign techneques? She didn't notice Stream advancing up the hill towards her and Skywalker and padded over to him. "Hey Skywalker" she mewed, ignoring the nagging sense of something odd about this cat.

"Misty!" Skywalker mewed, clearly shocked to see the younger(?) cat. The blood of the owl still stained the tom's lips, and hopefully a few swipes of the tongue had gotten rid of it quickly before the she-cat noticed. After a long pause, the jet black tom flicked his tail to the limp owl, with a slight grin on his face. "Ever had owl meat?" Skywalker asked, remembering his first time trying it. The meat had been some what salty, yet sweet and odd at the same time...

Sunset came up behind the intruder. Breathing in the silver cat's scent, she knew that she was not of the Clans. Noticing that the cat was drawing close to Misty and Skywalker, she let out a low hiss. "What do you think you're doing?" she growled, moving easily into a defensive stance. "This is my territory!"

Stream stiffened and hissed to herself, someone had noticed her! She turned round to face the ginger she-cat behind her narrowed her eyes. "Territory?" she mewed, putting on an innocent voice. She could proably last a fight with this cat, but the others might notice and join in, then she'd be crowfood.
Misty shook her head "No, never. Have you?" she mewed as she moved towards the owl. "Impressive catch".

Skywalker chuckled a bit, "Then try some! When I was younger then you, a tom on my travels tought me how to hunt tougher prey like owls and hawks....though.....his training is the only training I've ever gotten from a cat. Luckily he didn't just teach me how to hunt...." Skywalker wanted to add how harsh some of the moves seemed, but he didn't want to scare Misty, or loose the she-cat's trust. Right now, he wanted to see how she would react to the taste of owl meat.

Misty lookd from Skywalker to the owl. She bent over and took a small bite of it, Its salty tang filled her mouth and she flinched. Then slowly, the sweet tatse came and it was actually quite nice, it tasted a bit strange but nice nonetheless. She let out a little purr and mewed. "Not to bad".

"Yes!" Sunset hissed. "You crossed the scent markers, and are therefore on my territory." She puffed up her fur so that she didn't look so tiny, then let out a frightening hiss. Her paws worked the ground, and her bright green eyes flashed angrily. She hadn't had a good battle in a while, and this could loosen her up. Then she paused. But if she struck, Skywalker and Misty would come to help her. She didn't want that! So she lowered her sholder fur and let her hissing fall to a low growl. "So, do you have anything to say to yourself?" She said it, though she doubted that this pretty cat could come up with any good excuse. Just like that Moonlitpaw. Oh well, it was worth the shot!

Stream flinched but regained her poise, giving her chest a quick lick she simply mewed. "Scent markers? Well, i didn't notice anything" there was a hint of laughter in her voice, implying that the ginger she-cat was foolish to leave her scent markers without renewing them.

Sunset gave a low hiss. She stalked over to a bush, which was practically reeking with her scent, and blew it over to Stream. "Smell it now?"

OOC: Oopse....I posted in black....lol ^^"
IC: Skywalker grinned friendfully to Misty. A low growl was carried by the breeze, and made the jet black tom turn. In the distance, was Sunset and another cat. Another friend of hers? No....Sunset's posture was anything but friendly....

Sunset stared at the pretty she-cat. "Now is the part where you leave!" she lashed an unsheathed claw at Stream's head.

Stream ducked to avoid the attack but a claw still raked across her ear, she let out a low hiss. "That's not very nice now, is it?" she growled as she bunched her muscles, redyto pounce.
Misty had noticed Sunset too. She ganced over to Skywalker, a worried look in her eyes. "Should we help her?" she mewed.

Stream relaxed a little and stood up normally, "I was merely wandering around when i stumbled upon your territory" she sighed, her fight gone. She slumped a little, she was a beautiful cat but she had lost so much. Her home, her daughter. She looked the ginger she-cat in the eye and straightened up to a normal pose. "I had no intention of meeting any other cats" she mewed, convincing herself more than anyone else. She hoped she showed none of her own emotions in her eyes and kept an unreadable expression on her face, she had to be careful here.
Misty watched as the two she-cats stopped fighting. Whats going on down there? she thought to herself. Tempted to race down and see what was happening.

Sunset paused. "Do you want to stay a while?" she asked. "We have warm dens and fresh kill, if you'd like."

Skywalker truely didn't know what to say to Misty....he wanted to go help Sunset, but if he was her, he would want everyone to give him a chance on her own. The jet black tom was about to say that they should stay, when suddenly the postures changed. It must be safe to go down now. Takeing up the owl, Skywalker gestured with his tail that it was alright to head down.
The struggling witht he large bird was hard, not because of its weight, but because its wings were sprawled out, and were being snagged by every possible twig in the tall grass. Skywalker just wanted to leave the owl and head down without it, but why would he waste such a rare prey? Plus, it was hard to catch. The scratch on his chest still stung as the cold air rushed onto it.
"Everything alright down here?" Skywalker's odd toned voice questioned gently. By now, Sunset and Misty both knew that Skywalker was of a far off place, but if this cat didn't, she did know. The young tom's voice always gave it away. Skywalker flopped the owl down beside him, and hoped that wouldn't be the first thing the new cat noticed....he really didn't want to show any cat his harsh moves....no cat should go threw the training he did when he was young.

Stream sighed again and looked at Sunset, she had been wandering her whole life. A warm den sounded nice, especially this time of year. She gave a breif nod then noticed the other two cat had joined them, at least it wasn't in a fight.
Misty looked at the silver she-cat infront of her, she had to admit she was quite a pretty cat. Misty looked at Sunset, a questioning look in her eyes and one raised eyebrow. Telling her she wanted Sunset to tell her later.
