Nodding at her clan mate, the she-cat grinned. "Good, just out for a patrol on the boundaries" she explained. Her gaze flickered to the apprentice and she was about to comment on his size But Shadowfire's voice beat her.
"You should try a quieter attack. What if it was a fox?"
Her hackles rising the hot tempered she-cat hissed, "yeah well then I guess I would have been fighting fangs and claws then!" Turning her nose in the air at him she looked away.
"Calm down Bristlefur, we're just kinda standing around gossiping like a bunch of elders, but hey it's better the the moping in the camp."
Glancing back at Firemist, Bristlefur sniffed, "I guess so, but I find more fun in hunting or patrolling." Shrugging her shoulders she turned to stare off into the woods.
