Firemist stepped lightly. Her grey paws mingled with the newly sprouting plants. New Leaf was almost over, but some plants were still beginning to grow. She flicked her grey tipped tail over the rotting leaves from last leaf fall. Why does the forest claim everything, but the leaves? she asked herself.

Starpaw sniffed the ground, not watching where she was going. Her white fur stood out from the earthy palette of her surroundings. She stopped as a sound reached her ears, and assumed it was a mouse...
(XD it's not a mouse starpaw, it's Firemist XD)

Firemist ran a short sprint. Why, she couldn't say, she just felt like running. Her grey eyes turned behind her and saw a white pelt, probably Starpaw. "Hello Starpaw," she meowed warmly.

Starpaw looked up, surprised. "Firemist!" She relaxed as the warrior came into view. "Hi! Haha, I thought I was alone out here. I didn't know any cats were hunting besides me." She meowed. "And I'm tired of just hunting..." She complained. "I never get to do any training..."

Speaking of Foxcloud....*tempted to RP her here* Ehhhh....no one wants to play with my evil toy. xD I guess I always have Shadowfire. =/

Dark red-brown fur twitched in the bushes. The chit-chat on the other side created natural curiosity, so the tom took a step through. A small mouse was in his jaws. "Firemist? Starpaw? Are you two hunting as well?" Shadowfire's tail twitched with interest. Foxcloud had seemed to be sending everyone out one way or another in almost perfect clockwork style. It seemed everyone has something to do.
OOC: Sorry for possible errors. =/

"You should be happy you havn't! Foxcloud acts as if noone was in line before she came." Shadowfire commented to both of the she-cats, placing his mouse in the grass, with a small sigh. The warrior himself had been on a patrol and two hunting parties today.

OOC: Hiya^^ I stole Bristlefur away from my other post and throw her hear. Nobody was replying to the other stuff^^
Pelting threw the underbrush, her eyes flickering toward every bush. She had been gone from the clan for a while now, on a morning patrol by herself. She knew she should have token someone with her just in case of an attack.
But her need to be alone had not aloud her to ask any one to go with her. She had snuck from camp before even the leader had awakened. She needed to get things straight. The war between the clans, Foxcloud's sudden evil. She had always looked up to the deputy, but now. She shook her head, she didn't want to think about that any more. She had thought about it enough.
Hearing voices ahead, Bristlefur burst threw the brush her paws skidding to a halt her fur bristling ready to attack. Even though she was on Fireclan territory, that didn't seem to stop clans any more. They were trespbutting every where!
However there was no need for hostility, it was only her clan mates. If she had been paying more attention she probably would have realized that before she had heard them.
Forcing her fur to lie flat Brisltefur padded closer, "greetings Firemist, Starpaw, Shadowfire," she meowed.

Shadowfire shifted uncomfortably from paw to paw at this. Foxcloud had mentioned such a thing to him plenty of times. The tom had only hopped Firemist did't think such. "I guessed that much..." the brown-red tabby softly mewed, not wanting to tell the full truth.
Glancing to Starpaw, Shadowfire couldn't help but add something to her last comment. "Well, it has to be better then listening to those annoying Elders complain about their bones!"
Startled by the sudden form crashing through the bushes, the Fireclan warrior whipped around, only to see Bristlefur. Slight annoyance grew a little at the small scare. "You should try a quieter attack. What if it was a fox?" Shadowfire cast a licked paw over his ear, it was slightly odvious the tom had only been startled. Never had his words actually been ment to sting. This kind of thing always created jokes through his kithood, by how opposite he was...
OOC: Could it be? Pik is hinting stuff? Who knows...I always mess aroundin the OOC xD

Firemist flicked Shadowfire's ear with her tail. She knew that he knew that was exactly what Foxcloud thought and said. She carried that particular deamor quite obviously. "Scared much?" she meowed teasingly. "Calm down Bristlefur, we're just kinda standing around gossiping like a bunch of elders, but hey it's better the the moping in the camp." Firemist grinned brightly.
