IC: Toxicfang blinked out of her daze, then smiled at Mistpaw. "Hello, Mistpaw." She felt guilty, and padded over to her apprentice. "Im sorry i havent take you out for training yet. For anything." She felt like an awful mentor.

Toxicfang smiles. "Okay. First, i want to see how you hunt." She parted her jaws, ears pricked. She heard the soft shuffling of a vole, and could tell by the scent. She flicked her ears towards the visible target. "Okay, try to catch that."

Mistpaw fell into the crouch that Hollypaw taught her. She slowly stalked forward, until the right moment. She leapt into the air, landed with a thud, and killed the vole with a swift bite to the neck.

Toxicfang walked up to her apprentice. "Well done!" she purrs Small pain struck her heart as she knew that her aprentice must have learned much. Not from me, though. She sighs, then smiles. "Okay. Looks like i dont have to teach you much." She tilted her head to the side. "But you should lower your tail just above the ground, okay?"
