This was an assignment for school.

Laughing Thunder
Ripples Sadistically
Around You

Lonely Rain
Howls Sadly
Across the Land

Apprehensive Clouds
Hover Uneasily
Above the Highest Bird

Thunder that rumbles
Rain falls all around
Wind in the air that tumbles
Lightning strikes the ground
Rain pounds on window panes
The fear grows strong
Water streams in lanes
The hollowing wind blows long
Dog howl and growl
The rocking chair on the porch creaks and groans
Darkness of the sky swallow
The wind moans
The storm rages
Never once traveling in stages
