Maple walked around her multi-colored ears flat on her skull. She was out on the territory; Maple never got a chance to explore because Sunset had warned that it would snow. Now this was her chance but instead of enjoying it she thought it was unenjoyable. All that was in her mind was was she welcome? Bird seemed that she would find any excuse to run her out of the High Hills..maybe worse
Maple sighed, there was nothing she could do if it came to that she wouldn't survive...the only thing she could do was spy.
ooc- I will add Shell later ^^

Courage spotted Maple, and padded over to her. The new addition to the HHB must be lonely... Not many cats had talked to her. He resolved to try and befriend her. He remembered what it was like to be a new member, and how scary it was at first. "Hi Maple." Courage purred, walking up from behind the she cat. "Going to explore the reaches of the HHB territory?" He asked.

Maple blinked, Hello. Courage right? Yes...you could call it exploring... she already had most of it mapped out in her mind, some things were just getting to easy to remember....

Maple smiled, I've been on my own too but I taught myself how to eavesdrop and stuff like that...it hasn't really bothered me. she looked thoughtful, I think this is the first time I've been around this many cat's before..

Maple shifted, It's a little...uncomfortable and intimidating. she said embarrassed, You see I don't find that fighting is very useful. Information is power and it is a fighting tool. At least..that's how I taught myself. she looked away, half thinking Courage would find her thoughts weird...

"That's perfectly okay to think that," Courage meowed. "We need planners as well as fighters....But.. in times like this we need to fight.. We wouldn't fight unless we had to, but lately that seems to be the case...We don;t know enough about the kits' kidnapper, so in this case, information is useless to us, yes?" He sighed, an image of the stolen kits rising into his mind, "Unless we can uncover information about her... but I do agree with you- normally, finding an enemy's weakness and exploiting that is a perfect stragegy. Is that what you meant by knowledge is power?" He meowed inquisitively...

Maple thought, Almost. What if someone got a hold of all you're secrets? Or found out something that made you vunerable? You are in their claw's yes? she paused, It depends on how you use the information...that is why it is power I guess...

Courage nodded slowly thinking about Maple's words. He couldn't imagine having any secrets he didn't want others to find out, but he knew it was indeed a valuable weapon. "True.." He meowed. "That would depend on the info, and the cat to whom the info belongs, correct? Ah, what am I chattering on about? I admit you're right, Maple." He meowed, letting a grin spread across his features.

(Probably, since he's a tom, and most toms are bigger than she cats unless she is bigger? He's pretty big I would think- broad shouldered and tall? y? lol what is Maple thinking? =O)

ooc- Well...Maple is smaller then normal...she is the size of a small parrot O.O
Maple leaned in closer, That's not what I meant... a glint was in her eye already having a plan all thought out in her head. She hoped Courage knew what she was talking about, What do you think?

(o.0 oh. wow! THat's really small! Courage- *looks down* *hopes he doesn't squish* lol!!)
The light dawned in Courage's eyes. "Waaait.. you're not seriously thinking of stealing the kits back somehow? I admit, your size would come very handy, but... it's really dangerous!" He protested, looking at her small form, seemingly tiny compared to his size.
(I'm really not sure what Lakeripple and Pik have planned as far as getting the kits back- maybe we should ask them first? or maybe....if they don't allow Maple and Courage to rescue them cuz they've got other plans, it could fail and something happen to them? We've gotta ask =P lol. but wow... maple is small! No wonder she uses intelligence and knowledge- she's one smart cookie too lol!)

IC-Maple grinned, Come on! It's not that dangerous..I just need a location! she narrowed her eyes at Courage, Unless..you don't want to bring them back.... Maple had a glint in her eyes, it was true she was small, she needed Courage's help....the only thing that stood in her way was Sunset.....

Courage had to admire Maple's bravery and quick thinking. "Of course I want to bring them back." He meowed, not ruffled. "No need to use tactics like that to get my help. You have I disagreeistance." Courage meowed, liking Maple's initiative. He too was tired of sitting around waiting for something to happen. Sunset.... would she let them go and try? He glanced over at Maple, and knew that she was thinking much the same thing..

Maple began to pace, It's just Sunset....hmm....if she say's no then we really do have to go. she muttered under her breath and then realization hit her, Who stole the kit's anyway? And for what purpose besides to make us in dismay - that's probably their plan. We are falling for it.. Maple shook her head back and forth So sad...
