FireClan was the first clan to get to the Giant Oak.
Burningstar led his cats from his wet territory, which was half drowned because of a terrible storm. At least the meeting grounds were higher and was dry enough for the cats.
Brightstream was sitting beside a tree, slouching as she waited for the gathering to start. she wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone, not like she'll be outgoing enough to do so anyways. all she could think about was how she would kill Froststar...
Smokepaw was attending his second gathering. he wondered if he would see Acornpaw again today... at least now he had something to be proud of; he learned how to swim! he's doing progress with his new mentor, Honeydew. come to think of it, where was she?
OOC: some of my cats aren't here because of RPs. Dewpelt & Goldeneye are on missions out of camp, Snowstep's in earthclan with her hurt apprentice, Moonpaw. so none of the characters i mentioned just now can be there. =S

Waterclan was the second to get there.
Honeydew was very happy to come to her first gathering after getting taken by the twolegs.It was nice to be back home.She couldn't see smokepaw anywhere but he had to be there she saw him come.

OOC: That's soo sad. That means I only have one character to rp here.  IC: Acornpaw sat by herself under a nearby tree, watching the other cats greeting each other. She sighed, another day of lonelines. I hope this will be over soon, I have no one to talk to anyways. |

OOC: yeah sorry~! XP guess u're in too many rps that include going out of territories, eh? same with me. =S lol but it's so fun!
IC: "hey there's Honeydew" Smokepaw mumbled to himself and padded over to tell her that he got here. he nodded to his mentor, then out of the corner of his eyes he saw Acornpaw. he felt his heart sped up a little and blinked to his mentor before padding over to the earthclan apprentice.
Emberfrost sat a little way off from Honeydew as he simply watched the others talk about clan activities. he remembered what his mentor told him when he was an apprentice: listen rather than say anything.
OOC: lol i almost forgot to add dear Ember of mine in here! XP

opalpool came too and looked around for streamstar or other ppl she knew.
starpaw grins to himself. he liked gatherings. seeing 2 apps he went over to them. 'hey!' he said with a large smile. never knew them but he was willing to make friends.

Smokepaw nodded to the other apprentice as he came by. he didn't say much since he wanted some time alone with Acornpaw, though he didn't know why.

Acornpaw looked around, seeing if Moonpaw was here. "Um......I don't see Moonpaw around. You know.......the other apprentice from the last gathering." she stammard.

Smokepaw shook his head like he was in a trance. "i didnt notice any cat except u..." he started in a low hiss, but then blinked. what was he saying?! "i mean, no i didn't see her." he stammered, and blushed.

Huh? "I'm sorry.....I couldn't hear the first part of your sentece." She got distracted from a group of warriors chattering nearby. She sighed. "Yeah." Then silence.....

"Um, Acornpaw... I think I really..." Smokepaw didn't get to finish his sentence when Burningstar yowled for the meeting to start. he gazed up; the moon was high already.
"FireClan has had drouts before this time, but now, because of the ealier storm, is now half drowned." Burningstar got into the topic as soon as he could, though he didn't forgot to add something to make sure the other clans don't attack. "but we're all safe and fine. no cat got hurt and we're still strong. but if there's another storm, FireClan asks permission to stay in any of your clans during this flood." he announced, watching the other leaders. "do we have permission?" he asked, looking at Wolfstar and Snowstar, the two clan leaders who are beside FireClan territory.

Froststar's fur ruffled in the short breeze. Burningstar had nothing but his Clan on his mind, she liked that. "I'm sure that WaterClan could host FireClan if no one else does, but we can talk more on that in a little bit." Froststar raised her voice. "Over the last moon, we, WaterClan, have sented a rouge in our territory. She's highly dangerous and kills without mercy, this is a warning to all Clans." shocked mews from below couldn't muffle the small meow of Lilypaw. "Or a call for help?" Froststar's gaze fell on the cat who dare mocked her. She didn't see one cat silence the small EarthClan apprentice. "Yeah whats the deal Froststar, why would you bring your sister up into Clan news? It's not like she's after us. We all know she's been after you for seasons. Your Clan was doomed from the Tribe of Dark Deaths ever since you became leader, and now you want the other Clan's to hold you paw as you swipe at Silentkill?" Rosefeather, the deputy of SkyClan, had gone to far. She felt her fur bristle as her anger burned hot. "It's not like it's her fault that Silentkill holds a grudge. All she's doing is giving us a chance to watch our borders for the vicious killer that might take anyone's life." Winterpaw had always looked at a situation differently. "WaterClan is doing great, more kits, lots of prey, and nothing wrong. Does SkyClan have anything to report?"

Oceantide watched Froststar. He is worried about all those comments thrown out by the other cats. His fur lies back down after Winterpaw fended for his leader.

Berryheart was looking, silently, up at Burningstar, her leader. They were talking about the floods, and she remembered the comment she made about ducks. It obviously hadn't been a bad joke, cause fireclan wasn't drenched in water completely. she had only just become deputy, and was a little worried if he'd mention her or not. but she loved attention. Berryheart licked her dark golden tany pelt, her jade green eyes shining.

Burningstar nodded to Froststar. "Thank you. Fireclan appreciates your help and your advice; we'll watch out for the tribe and the rogue. Also," he smiled down at the cats, preparing to announce the better things that has happened in FireClan since the other leaders were discussing something. "FireClan as a new deputy, after Sunstorm. Berryheart!" he meowed, loud enough for all the cats to hear as they glanced at the dark golden she-cat. "And Littlepaw, our medicine cat apprentice is now ready to become a true medicine cat." he purred, though a flash of worry clouded his eyes when he remembered that she doesn't have a mentor to give her her true name... he'll have to do that.
"What's wrong?" Smokepaw asked, blinking at Acornpaw. he was about to say something else, but then shut his mouth. no. it's against the warrior code. he then turned his head the other way and hissed to himself.

Winterpaw sat down. Even if Froststar wasn't her leader, she deserved respect in every way. Lilypaw of EarthClan was a stupid twoleg-brain, why would a great leader like Froststar beg for help?
Rosefeather glared at Froststar.
Frostar listened to Burningstar half-heartedly.
Lilypaw glared at Frostar.
