OOC: all cats post here for the gathering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IC: Snowstep stood beside a small bush, washing her face with a paw. There weren't many cats here yet, though the mooon was almost high overhead. she couldn't wait for her friends to come to find out what's going on in their clans.
Dewpelt padded around the clearing in front of the giant oak where the deputies were waiting. he was actually looking for Wildflight; he didn't see her when Earthclan was coming here, but he knew that she was chosen to come. he stopped walking, and his eyes scanned all the cats that had come. he wondered if anyone else he knew was here also.
Goldeneye sat right under the giant oak, waiting for the gathering to start. not all the clans were here yet; well, at least not all the leaders. he would probably have to take his leader, wolfstar's place if she doesnt show up soon because she had somethings to do and left for him to take care of things. he twitched his tail nervously and waited; although he usually loved to talk with other deputies or warriors, today he was too nervous to.
Emberfrost wandered around the clearing before sitting down, simply looking around with her bright amber eyes. he wasn't comfortable being around so many cats, but most of all he was worried about how Starlight was doing without him; she was still hurt from the battle against Brightstream of WaterClan. He glanced around again, hoping the gathering would start soon...
Burningstar jumped onto a branch of the Giant Oak, looking down on all of the cats from above. he glanced up at the sky; it seemed like a pretty clear night, and the moon was climbing higher into the sky. he would have to start the gathering soon. he hoped the other leaders would come soon.
Smokepaw crouched in the shadows, his ears listening to what others were talking about. he had no interest in talking to the other aprentices, though deep inside he wanted someone to come talk to him. he clawed the ground with his claws, and glared around before turning his eyes back onto his paws. even with all these cats around, nobody bothers to talk to me he hissed to himself.

OOC: Yipee!!!! I'm posting the 2nd message!!!
IC: Moonpaw couldn't wait for the gathering to start. The first gathering that she went to wasn't a success. She hoped that this one would go on smoothly. She couldn't wait to see all her cousins. Two moons had already passed by very quickly.
Wildflight spotted Dewpelt and called him over. "Dewpelt over here. Who are you looking for? I'll help you look."
Acornpaw sat down, seeing everyone chatting away, she felt very lonely. I don't know why I came to this gathering. THen she sighed and watched other cats greeting each other from other clans.
Spottednose could see Wildflight talking to Dewpelt, as she glanced around her surroundings she spotted Acornpaw, the new apprentice crouching in a corner. She wanted to start a conversation with her, so she walked towards her.
Mossheart looked for Boulderclaw, but she could see that he had disappeared. It seemed to her that it was a long time since they had a gathering. She could see Wildflight talking to a warrior, Spottednose walking towards an apprentice and Moonpaw alone. She decided to talk to Moonpaw and walked towards SkyClan.

Looking around randomly, Snowstep spotted Mossheart heading towards where most SkyClan cats were. She shrugged and padded towards her. "Hi! How're u?" she asked, smiling at the other she-cat, then saw the young apprentice. "hey!" she greeted her as well.
"oh hi Wildflight!" Dewpelt grinned and padded over to her. "i've actually been looking for u!" he laughed, then looked around. "there aren't many cats i know around here, and i didn't see u on the way here, so i was just wondering where u were and all." he purred. "so, do u know a lot of cats here?"
(heh Smokepaw's not very nice but he's just pretending! XP)
Smokepaw's eyes caught a young she-cat crouching by herself, with an acorn shaped mark on her paw. Then he noticed another she-cat walking towards her. probably to talk to her Smokepaw rolled his eyes. nobody bothers to talk to HIM...

Mossheart haven't seen the she-cat for a long time. "Hiya Snowstep, long time no see! It's been grate soo far. You?" Then she turned to Moonpaw and gave her a lick. "Hiya kiddo. How are you?"
Moonpaw finally saw Snowstep "I've been looking for you." THen she purred to Mossheart "It's great! I've learned a lot from my training."
WIldflight grinned back at Dewpelt "Oh really hey? Really? Not exactly a lot. You see over there? In SKyClan? That apprentice is my cousin and that she-cat standing next to her is her mentor. You see that other she-cat talking to them? That's my cousin too. You want to meet them?"
(aww..soo sad)
As Spottednose approached Acornpaw, she thought that she might feel uncomfortable around a medicine cat. She was at least a lot older than her. I'll help her look for someone to talk to then, maybe another apprentice. As she looked around, she saw an apprentice from WaterClan crouched by himself. Spottednose walked towards him and gave him a smile. "Hey, I'm Spottednose, the medicine cat from EarthClan. Do you want to talk to an apprentice in EarthClan? She's all alone too. Maybe that will keep you occupied too."

"I'm doing great too!" Snowstep purred, then turned to Moonpaw. "Really? u've been looking for me? u need something?" she asked, smiling to her apprentice.
"if you want to, sure" Dewpelt kneaded her paw on the ground, showing nervousness for the first time he's met wildflight. guess he was more used to being with his own clan, but if he made friends in other clans he'll probably be more outgoing towards them as well.
Smokepaw twitched his ears, but kept his dark eyes down on his paws. "whatever" he mumbled, making no attempt to move from where he was crouching.

Moonpaw looked shocked for a moment, "Yep, nope. Just wanted to see you, that's all!"
Spottednose smiled at him, she thought that he was cute! "Don't worry, although she's shy, she's a nice little she-cat. You can talk to her and be friends, that way, you wouldn't be soo lonely any more." Then she caught WIldflight and Dewpelt walking towards Mossheart, Moonpaw and WIldflight. I'm going to check on them too then. We'll have a little gathering ourselves she purred. As she approached Acornpaw, she introduced her to him. "Acornpaw? I've found a friend for you to talk to. That way, you wouldn't be as lonely." she purred. "I'm going to meet my cousin now ok?" Then she walked off, leaving Acornpaw with an apprentice.
Acornpaw looked at the tom apprentice, then she looked at her paws. "um....hi" she said shyly. She hoped that he wouldn't think that she was boring.
WIldflight could sense that Dewpelt was feeling nervous. She tried to cheer him up, "Oh, you'll be fine, they'll like you. I know so." Then she looked at him, "YOu look fine too! Very handsome" As they approached the three cats, she saw Spottednose entering the group too. "Hiya all! Hi snowstep! How are you guys? Let me introduce you guys, this is Dewpelt, warrior of EarthClan too. Dewpelt this is Mossheart, Moonpaw and Snowstep"
Mossheart could see that a group had formed. "Hi! How are you Dewpelt? " she replied warmly.

Snowstep purred louder at how adorable Moonpaw was. "Ok then" she meowed and gave her apprentice a lick. Turning, she saw that more of her friends came to join the group. "hi!" she welcomed the friends she haven't seen in a long time.
Dewpelt smiled. "hi" at least he knew Snowstep and Spottednose already, and Wildflight was with him... he was still blushing about Wildflight saying that he was handsom. (XP) "so, um, yes i'm Dewpelt" he scowled at himself for repeating what Wildflight said, but what else? he just noticed he was the only tom in a whole she-cat group...
"hey" Smokepaw mumbled, back to looking at his paws after glancing at Acornpaw. his tail twitched and he felt nervous about talking one-on-one with such a pretty apprentice she-cat. "i'm Smokepaw"

"Yep, Hi!!!!" Moonpaw replied to Dewpelt. Then awkward silence.....
Wildflight could see Dewpelt blushing. What was that all about?
Mossheart purred silently. WIldflight had a tom cat to be with now.
Spottednose broke the silence, "So how are you clans doing SNowstep?" It was worth a try at least.
"um...yeah....I'm Acornpaw" she replied quietly, blushing this time.

Dewpelt chuckled nervously... "so............." he paused, looking around the crowd. "how's... hunting?" he asked, thingying his head which is totally blank right now.
Snowstep purred. "wow it looks like this large group isn't very loud, are we? SkyClan's doing fine, and i'm hoping that a friend of mine will be accepted into the clan as well" she smiled, thinking of Rascal. "what about u, Spottednose?"
"Hi..." Smokepaw blushed as well, still looking down at the ground. wow...she's pretty... he thought to himself, then shook his head to clear that thought. but this sure is awkward...
OOC: hey how about letting moonpaw join the apprentices? it'll be more...interesting! XP

OOC: Sure...that's a great idea  Dewpelt is soo funny IC: "Yeah," Spottednose replied. "That's great! Well, I've been visiting my friend frequently. She's lives with the twelogs though and it's been great! Having someone to talk too other than a clan cat." she purred. Mossheart nodded, seeing Spottednose talking to Snowstep, she decided to talk to Wildflight and Dewpelt. "Not bad..our prey has been running wildly. What about yours? How was your hunting?" She assumed that WIldflight must have hunted with Dewpelt today. WIldflight looked down at her paws, "Um...yeah...not bad. I guess, right Dewpelt?" she looked at him with a guilty expression. Seeing that the older cats were talking, Moonpaw decided to leave the group. This is all older cats talk, I'm going to talk to some apprentices. She glanced around and saw two apprentices awkwardly looking at their paws. Ok, that's strange, I'll go talk to them then. As she aproached the two cats, she realized that they weren't talking. So she tried to lighten up the conversation. "Hi, I"m an apprentice too! My name's Moonpaw from SkyClan. You guys are...." |

"not a clan cat? who is it? maybe i can come too some day?" Snowstep asked, interested. "actually, i've met a kittypet too...but i got him to join SkyClan. i'm hoping he would stay, but the clan leader isn't sure he's a good enough warrior." she purred, then whispered in Spottednose's ear. "I really like him." she blushed just thinking about him, her heart beating a little faster.
Dewpelt looked guilty as well... yesterday wildflight and he have been having too much fun to have caught any prey, leaving the clan with only 2 freshkill... "uh...it's fine, yes" he agreed with his 'partner in crime' even though he didn't mean it.
"Smokepaw" he mewed lightly, averting his eyes to a bush as Moonpaw came over as well. at least he's talking to someone... better than sitting all alone, even though his shyness always makes him look ignorant and mean.

"Well, her name's Prettie, she a nice cat. Yeah, we can meet together some time and visit her. Hey, maybe you should bring Rascal too! That way, they can get along too! He once was a kittypet." "Congrats! THat's nice to hear! Does he know that? I'm sure he'll pass the test. DOn't worry. And if he comes...you guys can spend more time together." Spottednose forgot that Rascal was with Snowstep and she had no clue that the kittypet in SKyClan was Rascal.
Mossheart looked at WIldflight and Dewpelt with strange eyes. Ok.... Bringing back the conversation, she tried to bring up a topic. "How was your day today?"
"Acornpaw" she replied shyly again. She felt uncomfortable yet excited that she had two apprentices with her.
"How was your day?" Moonpaw meowed

Prettie? that's an unusual name... why have i heard that before? Snowstep wondered; she forgot that Rascal has once told her about the little cat before they left the twoleg den. "sounds good!" she purred, then looked up. the gathering was about to start as the moon rose overhead, but the other four clan leaders were nowhere to be seen.
"fine" Smokepaw mumbled again. Moonpaw was more outgoing, but for some reason Smokepaw was always glancing at Acornpaw... even he himself had no idea what his feelings were about.
"it's pretty good" Dewpelt purred, looking at Wildflight. "so, u guys are related?" he asked, thingying his head. he couldn't remember who Wildflight said were her sisters or cousins! (LOL)
"Cats of all clans" Burningstar meowed loudly for all the clans to hear as he stood tall on a branch of the Giant Oak, his dark ginger fur bright in the light of the stars and the full moon. "The gathering will now begin."
he looked around, wondering where the other leaders were. even some of the deputies were missing.
Goldeneye looked up from the roots of the tree, up at the FireClan leader. he hoped that he would be like the leader... able to stand up tall and speak to all the clans with no fear at all... today was his first chance; he'll have to speak for LightningClan without Wolfstar here.

"Great then! We'll set up a time then. I'll try to contact you somehow then." She couldn't wait! As she looked up, she could see only see Burningstar. "I wonder where the other leaders are?" she asked curiously.
Acornpaw forced herself to look up at the two apprentices. As she looked up, her eyes met with Smokepaws. She blushed and turned to Moonpaw "Fine....what about you?" It took a lot of courage just to ask that question.
Wildflight looked at Dewpelt awkwardly now. Ok....he is very strange today. He wasn't like this yesterday. "Yep! Spottednose is my sister, MOonpaw and Mossheart are my cousins."
She remembered that she had told him this many times. He is acting weird!
Mossheart purred at the two of them again. Then she glanced up to listen what BUrningstar had to say.

Smokepaw blushed as he and Acornpaw just happened to catch each others eyes. at least the gathering was starting... so he wouldn't feel that awkward anymore, though he's starting to like the company... in a way.
"i see" Dewpelt chuckled before turning to sit facing the giant oak. "hey i wonder where Streamstar is?" he asked, noticing their Earthclan leader wasn't even here.
As Burningstar was about to speak, Goldeneye jumped onto the branches of the Giant Oak, beside the FireClan leader. "I'm here to speak for Lightningclan" he meowed, barely loud enough for all the clans to hear, and dipped his head to Burningstar. "may i?"
"Sure" Burningstar purred. he reminds me of when I first became a leader
"Wolfstar, LightningClan's new leader, is at the Mothermouth recieving her nine lives, so she sent me to take her place for this gathering." Goldeneye started, taking a deep breath before continueing. "the hunting has been going well, since it's now green-leaf, and our clan has been rich in rabbits." he blushed a little, wondering what else to talk about besides rabbits.
"um, we have a new apprentice that we haven't been able to announce at the last gathering because of the rain: Starpaw" he mewed. "though he isn't here today. and he is our new warrior, Soaringsky's apprentice." he mentioned his sister, who also isn't here this gathering. he wished she was here to cheer him on like she always had in their kit-hood.
"that would be all" he said more softly, then stepped back to let Burningstar take over.
i hope that wasn't too short... he thought to himself as he jumped down from the giant oak to join the rest of the cats who were listening. he didn't think he was supposed to stay up there with the leader, but he didnt know for sure. his heart was still racing from the experience.

Spottednose, Mossheart and WIldflight sat down to listen to the leader's speech.
Spottednose whispered to SNowstep's ear "That was pretty good! Since it was his first time."
"Hey, you've just made me realized the same too! I haven't seen him for a long time too!" WIldflight whispered.
Moonpaw sat to the other side of Acornpaw and listened to the leader's speech.
Acornpaw started to feel uncomfortable now. She wasn't paying attention to the leader's speech now. SHe had realized that she was in the middle, near Smokepaw now. She blushe again, and look at her paws. She shook her head, and tried to listen to the leader.

IC: Snowstep nodded as Goldeneye came towards them, sitting down just a little way off. "good job" she mewed to him, then returned her attention to Burningstar.
Smokepaw was totally focussed on what the LightningClan deputy was talking about, until he felt Acornpaw's pelt beside his. Sitting up straighter, he licked a paw, drawing it over his face to keep himself from blushing again.
"Thank you, Goldeneye" Burningstar mewed from the three. "FireClan has been doing well, but as the days grow warmer, the small river is growing smaller on our territory. Goldeneye, would you mind if we might have to take some water from LightningClan's side of the river?" he asked, looking down at the deputy. he wasn't taking advantage that his leader isn't here, but he was doing the best for his clan by asking this favour.
Goldeneye looked up with surprise, his fur standing on end...he didn't know what to do.

OOC: Oh, sorry about that... because the messages that you wrote were to short, it couldn't reach the message box. So I was too lazy to scroll back and forth to read it. So I copied the message to reply. But I forgot to erase your words, so yeah. sorry.
IC: "Oh no! Goldeneye looks confused now. Yikes!" Spottednose whispered to Snowstep again. She prayed silently, Starclan may you bless Goldeneye.
Acornpaw could feel Smokepaw's pelt beside hers too. She blushed again. (That's a lot of blushing, by the time it ends, her face will probably be a tomato.) What was going on? What's wrong with me she hissed. Pay attention!

IC: "um..." Goldeneye paused a little as all eyes turned to him, making his fur fluff a little. it seemed to take him forever to keep his fur flat. "Right now FireClan has permission, as long as prey is not stolen, but i'll ask Wolfstar when she comes back and then i'll report her answer to u. i'll tell one of ur patrols when she gives me an order" he sighed with relief; he thought he didnt pretty good, if he didnt stutter so much.
Burningstar nodded with approval at Goldeneye's answer. "Thank you. I give you my word under starclan that no FireClan cats would steal prey. If any does, i'll make sure they won't do it again and i'll pay back the amount they took." The FireClan leader removed his burning gaze from Goldeneye, and back to the crowds of cats after looking up at the setting moon.
"Other than that, FireClan is doing fine. Our new Medicine cat apprentice, Littlepaw, is doing a good job, and should soon become a full med cat with her mentor's approval." he nodded, then swiped his gaze across the cats in the clearing again. "That would be all from FireClan. And since the other leaders aren't here tonight, you may all return to your clans."
Jumping down from the oak tree, the leader rounded up the FireClan cats and led the way back to their territory after nodded with a smile to Goldeneye.

Spottednose stood up. "Well....that wasn't bad" Spottednose replied and stretched. "Well, we'll be going now. So, see you guys in the next gathering then." It seemed to her that talking in the big group was fun, she couldn't wait for the next gathering to start, although that was a long way. "I'm going to say goodbye to Moonpaw then." Then she left the group.
Moonpaw got up, this gathering was at least a success. "Ok, I'll see you in the next gathering then. Hopefully, we can meet together again." Out of the corner, Spottednose had appeared in the small group. "Hi Spottednose" she purred.
Spottednose gave Moonpaw a lick, "I've come to say goodbye and check on you guys. How was it?" she asked curiously.
Acornpaw glanced at the claln's medicine cat, "great" she replied.
Mossheart glanced at her clan and saw that they were getting up and about to leave. "Well, I've got to go now. See you next time" Then she gave WIldflight a lick and left the group.
WIldflight stood up and licked her paws. "Well, that was fast. Seeya in the next gathering then Snowstep"
